Guy driving truck #839 has a foul mouth and terrible manners in Lowes North Port at 215pm 1/05/24

Whoever was driving truck number for 5/3 on August 7th 2018 at 7 p. M. Was a total ass. I watched him nearly sideswipe the same guy twice by changing lanes when he didn't have space trailer.

Please let your drivers know that if they are going to cut someone off on Daniels Parkway, at least use their blinker so we might have an idea that it's coming!!!!!

Can you please tell your driver of 574 to drive more safely, whoever they are is weaving in between traffic on the highway, cutting people off and doing at least 100, we were doing 85 and he was way ahead of us, I have to now update because they almost caused a full on accident, they nearly clipped the front a blue car when crossing in front of them.

Had this guy came to my sister's place do some work. Very unprofessional. Driving like an idiot and my sister said he smelt like he has been drinking. Tall slim guy. We hired them to do work for us before and it has been fine. But not this time! Very bad experience. The management needs to pay attention who they hire!

Driving habits on highway 82 are to be desired! Truck with trailer on its way east this morning had plenty of time to merge from 4 lanes to two but guess they were in a hurry and wanted to get at the head of the line. Maybe tomorrow leave early enough that you get in the left hand lane to help prevent the bottleneck!

The master shower pan in our Pulte new-build was squeaking with each use. Jason came out and offered a professional assessment and repair plan. He was courteous, respectful, and had great humor throughout his visits. Most importantly, he passed the vibe check with our dog. The problem appears rectified. I wish every service technician could be as professional, helpful and nice as Jason.

I just had another plumbing company come out to replace three 12 in rough in toilets. Come to find out that RT Moore when doing the plumbing for Pulte Used an offset flange and installed it the wrong direction to pass code. But now the toilet in the one bathroom is a 10 in rough in which is causing me to not be able to have the same model toilets. In order to fix this issue it will now result in having to cut out tile and dig down to move the pipe in the proper location. How is a homeowner supposed to know that this is a problem without popping every toilet to check to make sure it is right.

We had warranty work done for a kitchen disposer leak. Voldrick completed the repair quickly. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. Excellent.

I bought a new home from Pulte a couple months ago. Had a leak the other night and called RT Moore to fix it. They sent Abe out to take a look and he was awesome. Very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Took him maybe 3 hours from start to finish to replace a failed drain in my shower. Besides being really nice and great to work with, he took the time to thoroughly clean up my entertainment center that was caked in dry wall dust. This really blew me away, most would just do a basic wipe and call it a day, but this man treated my house like his own and went the extra mile. Very happy with RT because of Abe!

Had a problem with my tankless water heater. Abe called me at 7:45pm and walked me through trouble shooting. Got everything working in 15 minutes. He was polite, intelligent, and patient. Great customer service all the way.

Our water heater died, I called RT, and explained the situation and I was told someone would be over today. Voldrick Dorelien was the tech. He ended up being here all afternoon as the waterheater we had was discontinued. He contacted his boss and a new one was brought over. Voldrick was amazing. He was patient, explained everything to us. I would recommend him to go on every call. Thank you, Susan and Cass Colangelo

Matt of RT Moore was awesome! He came by today to fix my plumbing issue in one of the bathroom. He found the cause, which was from a construction rock being stuck in the pipe. Now there's no backup or nothing. The toilet flushes well. I want to thank Matt for his expertise. I really appreciate his professionalism. All around high standard service from Matt. Thank you.
