I opted to have my dryer vents cleaned out due to receiving a community based rate that I felt was extremely reasonable. I have only been in my place for 6 months but suspected that it had been quite a bit longer than that since the vents had been cleaned. James arrived to my house as expected and was extremely thorough and professional. As suspected, my vents were pretty clogged and he did an amazing job of educating me throughout the whole process. I am so happy that I opted to have them come out. I will definitely use this company again for any routine maintenance needed on my unit. Thank you so much James!! Keak came the same day I called as I had just moved into the house and didn’t expect to need them so soon but couldn’t get my new dryer installed without them. We reached out to Lint out because we were having some issues and They immediately sent Yoandy, he was very efficient, he did a great job at cleaning our dryer which we thought it was broken, and it worked perfectly afterwards, but he also took time and explained the process. Called this a.m for a cleaning told me someone would be there between 3 and 6...Chad showed up at 3:15 and is a strait up machine...smart, 100% knows what he's doing and fast ....couldn't be more satisfied...who ever owns this company has a great guy named Chad working there....ask for him.

Just had Lint Out clean my A/C ducts and was very satisfied. They arrived when promised (big plus these days!) and Jorge and Boris were professional, thorough and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were finished on time, removed the tarps that covered all exposed areas, and even cleaned out the A/C handler. I'll be using them to clean the inside of my dryer vents when they come back to my community in September. Thank you!!

Arianna helped me set up my appointment & explained the pricing in detail. Even the person that called me yesterday morning to confirm my appointment was very nice. So nice to find a great company with awesome employees all around!

Stay far away from this business! They don’t honor simple requests (such as to call before they arrive); and then blame the customer for not showing up. Horrible flexibility and even worse customer service.

Our condo complex had Lint Out this week and once again very pleased with their service. The techs Teak and Tico did an awesome job! They were punctual, efficient, polite and fixed issues that arose. Good reliable help is hard to find and Lint Out has never disappointed. We have used them many times. I appreciate this company and highly recommend. The above service was 8-26-2025. Today (9-16-2025) CJ (tech) came again and installed a flapper for my dryer vent. He was super nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you again for a job well done. Can't forget Liz, she was quite helpful also.

Dryer Vent Lint Removal. A very efficient and professional young man named CJ came Dec.1, 2025. Between he & his machine, he cleaned the vents in the utility room, then "Up On The Housetop" he went. CJ definitely got the job done, in like 10 minutes or less! My dryer now works like new. Thanks Mr. CJ.!

I have previously used Lint Out for our dryer and have been happy with them. Recently, I decided to use them for A/C duct cleaning. Caleb and Dilfredo were fantastic! They made sure to use care through out the house, thoroughly explained the process to me, and made sure everything was cleaned afterward. We couldn't have asked for better service!
