I had all my duct work replaced and a brand new AC installed. My old home had many challenges for the team. They ALWAYS listened and worked through every detail. Company has amazing communication and customer service! Consistent with next day visits when needed. Shout out to Alberto, Sage, Brandon, and Mr Brainiac.
The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 was lien placed on home with financing that was not shared up front from sales representative.

David was my technician, he arrived timely after a call letting me know he was on his way.
His service was very thorough and he was very knowledgeable, showing me my system and explaining what he did and he went over a couple of issues.
I’m very pleased and I will continue my preventative maintenance agreement. And will use them for any necessary repairs.

Elevate Home Services has extraordinary customer service and I was surprised and so pleased with the timeliness of taking my call, scheduling a same day repair, a professional, friendly, helpful technician (shout out Damien and Christopher K) and the most pleasant experience with a service call in my life. Sounds hyperbolic? I know but...they do the best job keeping customers informed, explaining why and what they are doing. Its unusual these days to experience people in service that keep you informed and fix a problem . What comes across is that they CARE! YEAH Home Services!

I recently had Elevate Home Services out for a seasonal maintenance check on my AC/furnace, and I couldn't be happier. The technician, Sean, arrived right on time and was incredibly thorough.

Unlike other companies that just breeze through, they took the time to clean the coils, check the pressure levels and explain everything to me.

Our technician, David was great. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, accommodating. He spent a great deal of time documenting and explaining what needs to be done. All without pressure. We will request him anytime we need service or repairs to our HVAC.

Elevate has done a number of jobs of houses we manage. They are always and time and very knowledgeable. They always give options too which is great for my clients. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future again. Jake and the guys were great.

Jacob was amazing! One of the best techs we have had w/regard to our HVAC system. He was here for 2 hours and was very thorough in his inspection. He even provided pictures of the parts he cleaned. He was also polite and took the time to explain any issues. Would definitely recommend.

Sean looked at my heating/cooling system today. He was extremely professional, articulate and helpful. He checked the system and analyzed what needed to be done. The service provided by our Tech, Jason was exceptional and personable. Our call to the office was helpful once we spoke to a human.

I was Not impressed with speaking only to an AI, missing the appointment window without contact from the office or them Not returning a call.

Jason was great. The experience that was supposed to be wonderful and different was below average.

Great plumber came out and descaled the water heater and flushed the lines! Also educated us on why we needed a carbon filter and what it does. We did purchase one. We would highly recommend this company and John. Very accommodating and went above and beyond.

Jacob came out promptly. Very pleasant and seems well trained and knowledgeable. He cleaned and tested everything. He found a miswired fan motor and replaced it with a new fan correctly wired. I would be glad to have him come again.

Today Andrew came for a maintenance appointment for my ac. He was great communicating with me about arrival time. He throughly checked my system and shared info during the visit and after he had completed the inspection. This was my first visit from Elevate and I was so impressed. He was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.

Manuel was hands-down the most thorough AC tech we’ve worked with in the last six years — and we’ve had four different companies service our home in that time. He took the time to explain everything, checked every detail, and made sure we fully understood what was going on. Truly the best experience we’ve had with an AC technician. Highly recommend!

Chris came out to give our A/C unit a checkup to make sure it is all running at optimum capacity inside and outside. Gave us tips for making sure it runs smooth and gave us information on other products they sell but there was zero pressure to buy anything. Great service and communication.

Eloy was very detailed and took the time to explain and answer all our questions. He was very thorough with the inspection. I appreciated the company’s text reminders and the ability to track their arrival time.

We have been customers for approximately 10+ years and know we can trust their suggestions in keeping our heating and air conditioner in top condition. Our technician today is Nevin who was on time, professionally dressed and attentive to providing excellent service. Nevin was very thorough as he checked every area of our heater/air conditioner, including roof top checks. He recommended replacing our UV light/bulb and noted that one prong on the light was damaged; hence the entire item needed replacing. We will contact the office for a replacement.
