Frank did a terrific job at our home. He was personable, extremely thorough and thoughtful. He explained each step that he was going to do and then showed me the repairs while he was doing the repairs and service .

I had elevate come out today regarding my water heater. It is 3 years old and already needs to be replaced. I had them do a flush 4 and half months ago. The tank is completely covered under warranty but they still wanted over $1,200 for labor. When they realized I was not happy the guy called and they took around $200 off the price. That is completely insane and I told him I would find someone else which I have done. I use to use Griffith heating and cooling for years until the owner Matt sold to this company. While they only did AC services I figured I would stay with this company for everything. I have realized talking with several others that have said the exact same thing. Elevate has become too big and doesn’t care about their customers. They are only in it for the money and their prices are basically price gauging Please do your homework and price shop before agreeing to let them do repairs. I guess it’s time to find a new honest company.

James from Elevate came to resolve a water problem. The pan under the air handler was full of water. He solved the problem quickly and then serviced the AC. Very good service and a very nice guy.
