Rudest pool person ever!!! Wouldn’t answer any questions we asked. Was super condescending and arrogant! We called to report it to the company and they didn’t even respond.

I have had this company for over a year and have had nothing but problems and issues. The owner doesn't return calls or handle complains well at all. They don't clean the filter or pool. he has caused damage to my pool and isn't willing to take ownership of their pool guys lack of care for the pools he would scrape my pool side with plastic not brushes and my brand new refinished pool is now stained because he wouldn't clean it properly. i also had a damaged pool pump for over 7 weeks and not one time did they tell me or even call. I had another company fix it for me and while the part was on order the pump didnt work at all and not one time did they call or even tell me it was broken. They will break your pool and not care. DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE!!!!

Aaron came out to check our pool pump. He was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. They came within 24 hours of calling. Fortunately he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I did not have to purchase a pool pump. Tidal wave pool, in my opinion, is the right way to get your pool problem fixed .

We had a very disappointing experience with Tidal Wave Pools. We hired them in May before we left to go back to our home in New England, making sure they had a brief list of the things important to us while were gone. We felt they were all reasonable requests, i.e., keep our pool and filters clean, give us a quick call if they notice anything out of the ordinary, check our salt system, etc. When we returned to our FL home in October, our water was significantly out of balance and cloudy, our tiles were dirty, our skimmer basket hadn't been cleaned, and our salt level was exceptionally low. In addition, our pool pump timer wasn't working, and the screen in our pool enclosure right next to the door where our serviceman comes into our pool area was torn - yet we never got a single call from Tidal Wave. They were pleasant when we met them, and we expected good service since they charge more than the average pool maintenance company but the level of service is far from the basics that we expected.

Highly recommend this pool company. They are very popular and takes a while for them to get to you but well worth the wait. I was told by the company that installed my pricey pentair that it had burned up because of low water in pool and would not be covered under warranty. Aaron from tidal wave came out and fixed it under warranty... No charge. Did not have anything to do with low water in the pool. He also correctly set it up and gave me some info about the effectiveness of my particular pump. Needless to say, I cannot say enough good things about this service!

Jason and his crew deserve a full 5 stars. He is dependable, reliable, and likeable. He was on the money and literally thousands less than some of the competition. We replaced the pump and lines, and added a top-of-the -line pool heater. Now we can swim all year long. They finished "on - time" and within the estimate we were given. His guys did a quality, good looking install and Jason came by to give me some instruction on the new equipment. My wife and I were floating around in a 90 degree pool last night and talking about how Jason and Tidal Wave Pools just made our little piece of Heaven a much bigger, better piece. Thanks and if you ever need a referral, give 'em my name and number.

We just finished our pool and paver’s tidal wave pools is very professional and on time Jason Williams definitely knows the pool business,I recommend tidal wave!!

They repaired a broken pipe, left a mess, rocks and sand in the spa and pool. Rocks left in the pool caused damage to my pool vac. Had to take vac to pool store for repairs. Found rocks in vac. Offered no compensation, just said they were sorry. Very nice people, just bad service.

Tidal Wave Pools is efficient and outstanding. The wisdom and expertise that Jason and Aaron have proves their years of experience. I would highly recommend their services.

Tidal Wave Pools' has a great pool leak service. Larry came out to investigate why our water level kept dropping even when it rained. It took him a few times but he fixed it. Larry did a fabulous job in discovering what was wrong and correcting it.

I highly recommend Tidal Wave Pools. Over the years they have given us the best service possible every time we call.

They've replaced our pool pump, then we added a pool heater, and now they saved our pool from being just a hole in the ground! You all are the best, thanks!
