These guys ROCK! There is no problem too big or too small for Jason and the crew at Tidal Wave Pools! They’ve fixed, repaired or replaced nearly everything on and around my pool and spa due to a lightning strike 2 weeks after I bought the place. He even programmed my spa remotely after I waited over 10 days for the “spa guy” to even return my call. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I had Tidal wave pools resurface and tile my 25 year-old Pool. I had several leaks and the surface was showing its age. It now looks like a brand new pool. The process was seamless and the crew operated like a well oiled machine with no delays or hiccups. The quality of the work was excellent and was completed in a couple of days. I highly recommend Tidal Wave pools.

Love what Tidal Wave Pools were able to do for our pool. From old and dreary to new and dreamy. Our backyard has become our resort.

Guy driving terribly and unprofessionally. Almost hitting cars on his way down the turnpike. I was going 85 and he was on my bumper. Weaved past me and others cutting us all off and almost hitting is with his trailer and cleaning supplies

I can't say enough about Tidal Wave Pools. I was fortunate enough to connect with them after a bad pool resurfacing (and tile replacement) start by another company. What I appreciated the most was the excellent communication with Jason from start to finish. He always kept me up to date on what to expect and when to expect it.

Jason or someone on his team also made several visits after it was finished to provide follow-up care for almost 2 weeks managing the chemicals to make sure it cured well. Jason always emphasized that I can always reach out if I have any questions which really helped put my mind at ease.

I think seeing how bad of a job can be done (from the first company) really made me appreciate the great work of Tidal Wave Pools. You may think it's an easy job to replace tile and anyone can do it, but that's not true. Your choice in such a big expense truly matters, and I recommend Tidal Wave Pools with enthusiasm. My pool looks beautiful.

Jason is the best. We have airbnb property and pool heater was down. Guest demanded 90 degree water temp. Called several service providers waiting list was 3 weeks. He came that day and fixed our pool heater! Thks again. Ken

Tidal Way Pools refinished my pool and spa (resurfacing and tile replacement) including additional repairs and the installation of a salt system. From estimate to completion, Jason (owner) was professional and very responsive to all questions and concerns. Work was started on schedule. His entire team of workers are very competent and a great reflection of the company. During the work, Jason paid attention not only to the big picture but also to the little details which shows pride in workmanship. He stresses he is always available to answer questions and he is true to his word. I highly recommend Tidal Wave Pools for all your pool needs.

Jason has been my pool man for nearly 16 years and will be until I die. Jason has always been there for all my repairs upgrades anything I've ever needed he's there. He just completed a complete pool restoration from tiles to pool surfacing and adding a handrail. Tidal Wave Pools is the best and Jason has a great staff working for him as well.
