Our technician, “Robert, ” was personal and professional and did an excellent job . We have used this company for six years, but the company policies have changed and not in a good way. We will not be renewing our contract.

I recently had a service from NIS AIR. I was without air. They accommodated me and in a few hours detected the problem picked up the part and got my AC working again. What a great experience!!! From initial phone call with a quick appointment, I’m very happy. Juan was my tech, polite and knowledgeable. He was respectful of my property, explained everything in understandable terms and took care of my problem, cleaning out the lines and a full maintenance. (Note: I had another company come out before NisAir that told me I needed to replace my 5 year old AC for $11,500 or a very expensive repair!!). NisAir’s service call was very reasonable and honest. NisAir is my new AC company, can’t say enough!!

My tech Christopher R. was great. He was extremely professional, polite, respectful of my home, and efficient. He greeted me with a smile, introduced himself and extended his hand for a handshake (which was a rare thing to see today). He waited till I invited him in to enter and immediately put booties on his shoes. I offered him a bottled water which he gladly accepted. He asked where the unit and thermostat were located and if it was ok for him to go that way.
He then let me know he was going to start at the unit outside and that he’d be about 20 mins there. He asked if it was ok for him to come in and out as needed. He put booties on ever time he entered my home.
He explained everything he was doing to do beforehand. When he needed to run his wet vac to clean out a pipe he asked me if it was ok as to would be a little noisy for a few minutes.
As this was an annual maintenance visit, he asked if I wanted him to make sure heater was working properly as well.
After he was finished with the annual maintenance he gave me a thorough update of the status of everything, offered a suggestion of only thing that could help to improve and answered any questions that I had.
I asked him if he had a survey he would like me to fill out and he happily got me a card and thanked me for doing so.
My annual maintenance appt was smooth from scheduling all the way to the end. I was pleased with Christopher R., my tech, and would happily recommend both him and Nis Air!

NISAIR has come out on two different occasions and resolved all issues. Their tech Juan has been extremely helpful in fixing our issues and explaining everything clearly. I would highly recommend them as your favorite HVAC service

We hired NisAir to perform routine maintenance and make sure our heat pump is performing up to specifications. Sahin was courteous and professional. He explained what he was doing and he explained what he found. This was a completely positive experience.
