I had a great experience with NisAir today! When the AC went out in my dental office, I called NisAir and within an hour Rob, the technician, had called with his ETA, diagnosed and repaired the issue. Rob was friendly, efficient, professional, and took care of the issue quickly for us! Thank you NisAir for your fast and professional service!

We had a window of 12-2 and is was close to 2pm and I thought this might not be good, but Christopher called right at two saying he was running a smidge behind. Great, no issue, I’m glad he called to let us know. He arrived around 3:20 pm and quickly figured out the issue. The pan was full of water because of a clogged drain pipe. He went to work and took 6 gallons out of it, then replaced a wire the was causing a short on the compressor. It’s been working wonderfully ever since. Christopher was very professional, caring, explained everything he was doing, made suggestions and options that were available. The 2 1/2 hours that he was here, he was always smiling and great to talk to. He seems to love his work and is a valuable asset to your company. One of the best service calls I e seen in a long time. Please give him a raise!!

I have been using Nisair for a couple of years and the customer service is excellent and the work is reliable. Kahrim and Sean came out to move my condenser unit today - they were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I would definitely work with them again.

The tech, Juan, came out on Christmas Eve when our ac stopped. We felt terrible even calling for help on a holiday but we had a senior in residence, a large furry dog and company. He came out and was very cheerful and helpful along with getting us up and running again. Great tech and great company!
