Highly recommend! Submitted an online request on a Saturday night, they offered to make an emergency visit but it was something that could wait. Jason arrived Sunday morning and quickly resolved the issue. They were responsive, professional and at a price that I felt was very reasonable.

Jason and team came out the same day and fixed my water leak. They had to dig to find the leak. Once they found the issue, they fixed it and refilled the hole. They knew where to start digging and got the job completed in 2-3 hours. I will definitely use them again if I have another issue. A+

I had an appointment with Griffin Service setup to fix a broken water pipe; and I waited all day just to find out that they were not going to make it. I lost a day of work, we had no running wate, and got no response from them to find out what the heck happened.

Anyway, I ended up calling Kingdom Based Plumbing, I immediately received a text from them asking me about my problem. I told them what was going on and sent a picture of it; and, I kid you not, they were here literally within minutes of my request for help. Maybe my timing was good, I don't know, but the response time was, no less, very impressive!

I'm sure this was emergency service, too. I should've been charged more for this service, but the owner seemed to be very generous and also applied a military discount.

The name of the technician was Curt. He was very nice and he did a really good job on the repair and restoring service to my home. We have running water again and everything seems to be sealed up well.

I plan on having them install a new water softening system in my home in the near future. I was going to have Griffin Service do that, but I don't think I'm going to do business with them in the future.

Now, as for the before and after pictures, here's the explanation of why the repair looks like this. This this is where a water softener system is supposed to connect. The pipes broke and we had water pouring out of our garage. The repair is a loop, just to get the water running in our home until we get a new water softening system. When they install a new one, that loop will be opened to run the water through the new water softening system.

We used Kingdom Based Plumbing for a whole house re pipe in our 1989 Mandarin home and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process from start to finish. Jason (the owner) is quick to respond to communications no matter the time of day, the price was great, and the plumbing team (Jason and Chris) were AWESOME! They were quick in completing this job and were sure to communicate everything with me all along the way. This company made our family feel taken care of from start to finish.
