Kingdom based plumbing was timely, kind, and did a fantastic job installing my water heater! I would and will recommend them to others.

Got charged 199 without diagnosing the problem. Still have a leak and dont know the root cause. Basically a very rough estimate will cost 199. Just something to keep in mind. If they come out to your house you will be charged even if no work is performed. Work order says that I refused the diagnostics which is not the case. I just didnt want to pay 385(their website states 199) for the diagnostics until I got a few more quotes.

Fantastic experience. We actually did not even have to have them come out to our house. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem over text very little effort, other than turning on a couple of faucets on our end. Highly recommend for honesty and integrity.

Our outdoor shower pipe busted, with a risk of flooding, on a Saturday morning , before our son’s Confirmation party. Jason responded immediately to my text, asked for picture of the problem and gave me aVERY reasonable emergency estimate. He responded and was able to head over within 20 minutes. Highly impressed. I’ll call him in the future!!!

Repair guys did great job. Kept me informed throughout the job. Double checked their work and cleaned up afterwards. Same team had to come back 2 days later for a small leak. Found out it was a manufacture defect after they tore apart the tank. Ut everything back together and advised calling the manufacturer. Kudos to these guys. They wre upfront and did all they could do to further leak. Highly recommend this company.

The guys from Kingdom were awesome. They were able to see me the same day and helped diagnose the issues with my water heater/filtration system while providing multiple solutions and making an effort to save me as much money as possible. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Great experiences plumbing expert came to my home and replaced two hose bibs and two busted pipes in a timely manner. Jason was very communitive before and during the process, professional, and even inspected my water heater pipes. Great and reasonable prices and Veteran friendly company, I will be using Kingdom Base Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I've used them twice and they are punctual, always give an estimate before starting, are neat and clean, and I've never paid any more than what their estimate was. They know what they're doing and they don't waste my time or theirs. They are honest. Again, Honest!!! I highly recommend Kingdom and will never use anyone else.

Amazing, honest, and affordable. Jason came out within a few hours of our house flooding and solved the issue all while walking us through what was going on and how he will fix step by step. Will only be using kingdom based plumbing from here on out.

Once again, excellent service. Changed shut off valve to main water line going into home. Technician, Chris, is very knowledgeable and efficient.

My Laundry valves to my washer failed. I could not shut off the water to the washer without shutting off the whole house! I called Kingdom Base Plumbing. Jason was kind enough to schedule me almost immediately. Chris and his partner were extremely professional, came out replaced the valves, left the laundry room spotless! Outstanding work!

I got a notice of cancellation from my homeowners insurance company concerning some plumbing that needed to be done. Everyone at kingdom was awesome and professional. The work was neat and clean. Best part they got to me within 24 hours and they were on time. The price was very fair for the exceptional professionalism and service I received. Had a new water heater installed by another company and within a month we were already having issues and had no hot water. We happen to speak with Jason with Kingdom Based Plumbing and we sent him some pictures of the new tank. He immediately was able to tell that the company we used to put the new water tank in did not even install the correct tank nor did they plumb it properly. If we did not have to use the company who installed the wrong tank because of warranty issues, we would 100% hands down choose to use Kingdom Based Plumbing. Jason did not need to go the extra mile to help us especially since we didn’t use their company but he did and he saved us from having to spend a bunch of extra money. I would 100% recommend Kingdom Based Plumbing and especially Jason for all of your plumbing needs.

Jason and his team were great. We are selling our home and needed a very quick install to meet deadlines. We had 3 tankless water heaters installed. We ordered the heaters Saturday and they installed on Monday. The only company I found that responds so quickly during a weekend. They got the Job done fast and the new heaters are working great. We've had a leak from our shower faucet for quite a while and it was causing problems with the grout on the wall and floor. We needed to get this repair done to be able to clean all the grout areas on the walls and floor. It just never dried so we could keep it clean, so... we called Kingdom plumbing and they came out and explained what they'd fo and the cost. It seemed reasonable and once it was completed it looked outstanding. We had considered just having the bathroom remodeled but it looks great now. Recommend Kingdom fir your plumbing needs.

Highly recommend KingdomBased Plumbing! Jason made the scheduling process easy and stress-free, and Curt did an excellent job with the repair. They replaced the washer box and washing machine valves just in time for my new washer installation the same day (after I accidentally broke the valve while removing the old machine the day before).

They were professional, responsive, and efficient from start to finish. Everything was handled quickly and done right the first time. Great service and great people — I’m very thankful! I will be using them again I’m sure with this old house!
