We used Jeff's Kitchen & Bath & Beyond a number of times at our commercial property and they always do an outstanding job! This time was no different. They installed a new shutoff for the hot water recirculating line, moved the timer & replaced some fittings. They did it fast, they were on time, very professional and super reasonable! We highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I am absolutely pleased with this company. I could not be more happy with their response and the service they provided. I chose to call them because of the great reviews they have and I'm glad I did because I received one of the highest quality customer service I have ever experienced. Jeff called us back shortly after leaving a message with their answering service on a Friday night - even while he was having a night out with his family. He is knowledgeable and straight forward with what needed to be done and provided us with quote on the spot. A few days later, his professional and friendly crew re-piped my entire house in one day and did a wonderful job! The inspection passed and the drywall crew came in and patched up the walls. The work they completed was above and beyond what I expected and I am quite impressed. I recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond to anyone with plumbing needs!

My husband and I needed our house re-plumbed in a hurry because of a leak. Jeff had his crew out very soon and they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond to any and everybody needing plumbing work done... I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible. The best price, professional and friendly service tech what more could you wont.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Very poor customer service. There was an issue with the service provided and a difference of opinion regarding who was responsible for the damages and the amount owed. This is not uncommon with business transactions when services are rendered. The way that the issue was handled however was completely unacceptable. The contact person named Robert was very rude and hung up on me. He refused to talk to me stating that I was not the person who contracted them for the work and in the midst of explaining that I was the person directly involved in receiving the services and that we could get the landlord on three-way, he said he would not argue and that I am fully responsible for the damages and hung up the phone. Prior to speaking to Robert, my landlord expressed that he was very rude when they were communicating and that his demeanor towards her may have been because she was a woman and that I might get better results when speaking to him. It turns out that he was just as rude to me as he was to her. I have left a full review with additional details on Angie's List for those interested in researching further.
Please note that I have no issues with the repairman. He called before arriving, came promptly, finished the work, and left both times on site. There was very little conversation between us. I am not sure if his statement to the company is the root of the problem, but while he was here, we had no issues.

Updated: Just had JKB&B complete a full house repipe and water heater replacement. The crew was awesome, took the time to explain when I had questions and refused to just let stuff be done, they wanted it to be done right. Have now been using this company for 12 years and will continue to do so.

I've been using Jeff's Kitchen Bath & Beyond for 9 years now and have found them to be the best priced plumber while still delivering quality service. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing jobs you need done.

Great service, quick and efficient! I was impressed he did not try to add anything or up-sale us, just did an install of our previously purchased water heater.

I'm very pleased with my experience. Jeff came out to give an estimate on a house re-pipe and he answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was taking too much of his time. Then Dustin and his crew came out to do the work a couple of weeks later. They were on time, professional, and courteous, and I appreciated how Dustin showed me examples of what was fixed or changed based on the questions that I had. Thank you!

“Esta es una buena compania” / “This is a good company”: Gene and his teammate turned a nightmare event into a seamless professional solution. This company and their professional teams are evidence that there are still some GOOD people in this sometimes questionable world. I highly recommend this company. Gene arrived on time to estimate the work. He was patient and very informative. Because of the unseen issues underneath the kitchen and hallway floor, Gene clearly explained the worst case scenarios. His sincere and honest demeanor earned him the work immediately. Work was schedule for the next day and Gene and his team showed up on time, prep the work area to minimize dust, and began the work. The problem with the rusted cast iron pipes was actually greater as they unearthed the floor. They carefully and thoughtfully presented two options but suggested we start with the least invasive option (digging under the wall instead of digging out the bathroom for pipe access). What kept us calm as the problem escalated was Gene’s sincere reassurance that the problem will be correctly fixed that day! Gene and his team worked very hard to dig under the wall to access the main pipe connector located in the adjacent bathroom. They literally tunneled their way under the wall, found and replaced the rusted connector, and performed a lengthy check for any leaks on the replacement pipes and connectors. Gene and his teammate’s determination and professionalism saved us lots of money and more importantly stress by not breaking through the bathroom floor. By the end of day, we were all laughing with good spirit because of a job well done. “Mil Gracias!” / “A million thanks!

Jeff's Kitchen Bath is very responsive. My call was returned promptly. Ricardo was able to schedule someone the same day. Dustin arrived ahead of the expected time. He explained the issue very thoroughly and made clear recommendations. Dustin was able to repair the pipe quickly so that we had water again. I highly recommend Jeff's Kitchen Bath for plumbing needs.

Professional and trustworthy! I recently had a leak at outside from a collision with my son's bike. It seemed like a simple fix but I couldn't get it right and had to resort to some MacGyver skills. Jeff's guys made short work of it and got things back in proper order. The price was fair and they showed up quickly. I would happily recommend them for any plumbing needs. Jeff's was recommended by our HOA board for a big job (new water line and total re-pipe of a 2-story condo). Other residents and one of the board members had had good experiences in years past. I was pleased to see that the praise is still warranted. Jeff himself, Kristy in the office and too many crew members to name were all friendly, professional and got the job done really quickly. Not only did they replace the pipes, but many fixtures ended up upgraded one way or another. Follow-up on small concerns (no actual issues), scheduling of inspection and wall repairs all smooth and easy as well. Every single member of the crew was friendly, polite and left the place clean. Stellar experience! Pricing was competitive to boot.

Wonderful experience!! We built an addition to the house so being a new build we needed everything. Jimmy and Alberto took such great care of our new home. Everyone that came out from Jeff's kitchen bath Jimmy , Alberto and Greg and worked on our home was just wonderful! From installing the new tankless water heater to everything in the kitchen and bathroom, They were so professional, always on time and easy to work with. Great communication and quality work. Wonderful people. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff and his team have been SO helpful with my first home, including a whole home re-pipe. Kristy in the office is so knowledgeable and helpful. She always makes sure I'm well informed of the process, costs, and any permitting. The onsite crew is just as great. They're timely, efficient, friendly, and they always leave my home cleaner than they found it. :) I highly recommend Jeff's!

We had a great experience with Jeff's Kitchen and Bath. Always showed up when promised even were able to work around the fact that our tile guys did not cut one hole exactly to size. Still had everything look great in the end (photo included).

Had some more work done by Jeff's Kitchen and Bath. Gus the valve for our son's bathroom upside down. Tile was installed afterwards since we were told all was good. Jimmy came to install trim and sinks. He noticed it was upside down and that the company would take care of it since they will need to go through the wall on the opposite side. That was January 24 2023 and we paid all our invoices, about $1700 worth of work. I have yet to receive a call from them to schedule the repair after calling their office and speaking to Ricardo, leaving a voicemail with Andrew and sending emails, posting on January 30 2023. Third picture you can clearly see "top" is on the bottom.

Feb 18 update
They sent someone out to fix the upside down valve and had a company to fix the drywall. Our showerhead that was back ordered finally came in and lo and behold, they installed the shower arm backwards. Contacting office today so they can come in and fix. This experience was a real 180 from the first time they came out 3 years ago.

I had a great experience with this company. Greg and his assistant came to my house to help me fix drain lines and a corroded pipe that needed to be fixed for my homeowner’s insurance.

They were very honest, knowledgeable and kind. I had a bad experience with a previous company taking advantage of me and quoting me $2600 for the job. Greg quoted me $800 for the same job but I ended up paying $650 once he realized there would be less work than anticipated.

Greg and his assistant were very knowledgeable on current plumbing codes and even took before and after photos of their work so that I could submit them to my homeowners insurance company. (I included a few of his after photos.) They were clean and efficient with their work. I highly recommend Greg at Jeff’s plumbing.

Jeff’s Kitchen and Bath Plumbing is an amazing company from the owner Jeff to Riccardo to Kristy in the office to the workers Dustin, Franky, and Hoku.
They re-plumbed our entire house.
They kept the holes and dust from cutting into the drywall to minimal size and even layed down protection on our house floors. They put the drywall pieces back over the holes and you can’t even tell they were even there.
We highly recommend Jeff’s Kitchen and Bath Plumbing.

John, the plumber who serviced our home, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. He did a great job installing our water heater.
