We are so happy to have found Jeff and JB Tree service. They removed a large and unsightly tree and ground out the stump in our front yard. The process was fast, efficient and neat.
They also pruned trees and trimmed a very large hedge. Great clean up and very fair pricing!

I hired JB Tree Service in Geneva to look at a tree I thought needed to be cut down in order to protect my fence and my neighbor’s house. Jeff (owner and certified arborist) came out and said a trim would take care of it. I was very relieved because a tree removal required approval of the HOA. JB came out and took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Also their price was less than half of what another tree service had quoted me. I was very happy with their service and professionalism.

We had a 40ft oak removed from our tiny front yard. The process was super easy with Jeff and his team. Quick on-site job quote, very reasonable prices, great communication, respectful of our property, and quick resolution for one correction needed with the stump grinding. When giving us a free estimate, his price was unmatched, and his knowledge of our needs and types of bushes, plants and trees was impressive. As a veteran myself, the fact that he served, was a plus, because his discipline, trustworthiness and commitment to quality, showed. Jeff and his team were extremely responsive and able to complete the work needed quickly. I needed 2 trees completely removed and another area cleaned up. His team of four people wore safety gear the entire time and completely the removal seamlessly. Would recommend them for tree removal

We're very impressed with JB Tree Care. We needed a couple large oaks trimmed. Jeff responded promptly, came out when he said he would, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. His crew arrived right on time the next day and did a terrific job trimming the trees, removing unsafe branches, and shaping them nicely. Jeff and his lead employee have been doing trees since the late 80's, and he has other family members in the tree business. All that to say that you're getting a very knowledgeable person with smart and hard working employees. Super glad we found JB Tree Care!

Jeff and his crew were punctual, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They did an outstanding job trimming down a large viburnum hedge and Japanese blueberry tree that had been neglected for years. They also handled a few dead tree removals and large limb cuts with care and precision. The quality of their work and cleanup exceeded expectations.

We just had a large tree removed from our back yard. As much as we didn't want to remove it, we did not have a choice as it was damaged in the Hurricane last September. The owner Jeff from JB Tree Care came out to check the tree out. We decided it was best to remove the tree. Jeff and his team were at our house on time, actually early, they did a fantastic job not to damage any of my plants in the backyard. And the clean up was very good
I will definitely call on them again if I need anymore tree service.

Fruit of Labor Landscaping is THE best. Rob and his crew kept our newly installed landscape looking great all summer long. They go beyond what most landscaping companies do; A day or two before each visit, Rob would remind me he was coming and asked if there was anything special I wanted done. Each visit he examined our various plants for disease or insects, and took appropriate action to keep everything healthy. He didn't use any pesticides near my pollinator garden, and even sent us a full report with pictures detailing the status of plants and even what butterflies he observed during his visit. I highly recommend him.

This is NOT a appliance repair company. It's a referral service and you don't know who you will get. Here I'm thinking the service will be preformed by a Geneva technician no I'm getting a technician from Chicago Heights , IL and as of this writing a no show.

My Goodman air conditioner broke down and I called for repair…..The technician arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and had it fixed within an hour. Great service💤💤

I will update my review if they make it right. Two days in a row they were no-shows, which is frustrating when they give you a 3-hour time window to wait for a repair technician. I called them based on other people's positive reviews, so it's important to note that in my case they wasted my time.

This agency is the worst. They don’t fix they just subcontract and those companies aren’t reliable. They came to check my washer and they haven’t return to fix it and the agency pretty much said its not their problem that they already did their part of sending someone. Now I have to reach out to the subcontractor and that subcontractor keeps saying tomorrow tomorrow.(one week later, no fix) So this company charged me $60 for a service fee that now I have to go pay elsewhere to start the fixing process again.

Very fair pricing—no surprise charges. They even walked me through the quote before doing any work. Honest company!
