These people are crooks. My oven door came off and the hinges were stuck in the locked position. Tech came out, did nothing, because he said my hinges were broken, and he would order new ones. Left with $135 of my money. An hour later I got the hinges pushed back in and fixed my oven door. Hinges were not broken, the kid just didn't know how to fix it. I am a woman and a horse trainer and I fixed it. I did call the owner to explain and got nowhere. He even tried to make us pay for the hinges he ordered. Hinges I never needed. ( $125 for just the hinges mind you ). I was treated very unfairly. The tech lied. The owner backed him. And I lost $135 for nothing. I would never do business like that. All the 5 star reviews are most likely friends and family. Didn't even give us an invoice, which, why would they when they did nothing, and no receipt for my payment. I've never seen such dishonorable people. Beware!

My dishwasher was leaking the day before family in town for the holiday weekend. Came out same day, and had us up and running! Language barrier was difficult but we made it work!

Booked an appointment with this place. But when the time came around for the appointment, the tech did not show up. Their ETA was 11:30. Called in at 12 to see where they were and the person that took the phone call said they would be there in about 15 minutes. 45 minutes late with no update is insane. And on top of that, the person on the other end of the phone call was being very rude as well. We ended up cancelling our appointment because of this.

They can answer messages and phone calls regarding the repair that did not fix the problem of an interior water leak. Water reaccummulating in the bottom of refrigerator. Despite three call and Thumbtack messaging, they refused to return my call forcing me to call another appliance repair company. Would not recommend this company.

Was not thrilled with service overall, but technician was friendly and helpful, although he needed a translator to understand me. He worked through the problem and recommended there was a problem in the main control board. I was able to order the board myself to save a lot of money. But I did ask if he actually looked at the boards and he indicated he did not need to. After he left I opened the cover over the boards and found a blown fuse on one of the boards. I decided to replace this fuse and the fridge has been working for the past 2.5 days without a hitch. If it blows again I will change the boards, but order them myself. I will stick with Youtube and DIY more in the future, or call another service vendor.

My Refrigerator gave up. I needed it repaired ASAP and not Monday (shame on you AHS) I searched and found Cali Home Service read the reviews and Immediately submitted a same day appt.

Technician showed up after a text to confirm if I was home (now I’m excited)

He even went to the store to purchase additional equipment upon my request with no problem. Very friendly person and respects your home. He took his shoes off upon entering the house. Do NOT let these people do anything for you my husband called them last week about our refrigerator that was working except the ice maker part the guy came in with crocks on and didn’t understand English he moved the refrigerator and went behind it and didn’t understand something well by the time he was done checking it out the WHOLE refrigerator wasn’t working at ALL he said he had to order the parts and it would be in a day or two later well that didn’t happen almost a week later he keep telling us something different after we paid 250 which was half of what we were being charged total so now we had to buy coolers to store our food on because it was going bad today we requested our money back and he tells us no refund and that the part was coming ups which was a lie because I spoke with him on the phone and he told me he was out looking for the part ok which one is it

Caspi was very quick to respond and came out the next day. We did have to clean up behind the Tech a bit. Looks like he used tape to hook up the electrical on the disposal.

Was easy to schedule an appointment. The technician communicated the day of. He took his time trying to figure out the issue. Glad he was able to diagnostic the problem for a reasonable rate.
