These people are crooks. My oven door came off and the hinges were stuck in the locked position. Tech came out, did nothing, because he said my hinges were broken, and he would order new ones. Left with $135 of my money. An hour later I got the hinges pushed back in and fixed my oven door. Hinges were not broken, the kid just didn't know how to fix it. I am a woman and a horse trainer and I fixed it. I did call the owner to explain and got nowhere. He even tried to make us pay for the hinges he ordered. Hinges I never needed. ( $125 for just the hinges mind you ). I was treated very unfairly. The tech lied. The owner backed him. And I lost $135 for nothing. I would never do business like that. All the 5 star reviews are most likely friends and family. Didn't even give us an invoice, which, why would they when they did nothing, and no receipt for my payment. I've never seen such dishonorable people. Beware!

My dishwasher was leaking the day before family in town for the holiday weekend. Came out same day, and had us up and running! Language barrier was difficult but we made it work!

Booked an appointment with this place. But when the time came around for the appointment, the tech did not show up. Their ETA was 11:30. Called in at 12 to see where they were and the person that took the phone call said they would be there in about 15 minutes. 45 minutes late with no update is insane. And on top of that, the person on the other end of the phone call was being very rude as well. We ended up cancelling our appointment because of this.
