Made the appointment on a Sunday night and they was at my door early Monday morning!
Service was quick and the technician knew the problem and fixed.

My six-year-old dishwasher started leaking underneath.
I called another local repair place first, and they could never find the part, I waited four weeks with no reply back from them.
I then called ARS and they were out within two days, told me what it would take to repair it, and had the part two days later and were back out to do the repair.
Unfortunately, the first part had a problem, and the service tech found out after he installed and tested the Dishwasher, no problem.
They got another part ASAP and came back out in about a week and got my dishwasher up and running.
They were more expensive than the first repair place, but this guy could never find a part and he wanted to remove the dishwasher to do the repair, The ARS tech did the job with the dishwasher in place, with great service and a great repair job. -

The technician that came was professional and courteous. He was also early for the appointment, which allowed me to continue with my day. He was fast with the assessment of the problem and fixing it. I would use them again and recommend the company.
