They never showed up to do the work, never called to say need to reschedule. Horrible company. Do not use.
RUN! This company asks for money upfront and then they do not show up. When you try yo reschedule they don’t have time when you’re available and won’t budge. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none were available to speak with at all and I was hung up on. Careful, they don’t seem very up and up and I’m hoping I can get my money back since they don’t actually show up.
From what I just understood from the representative on the phone, they charge 200 dollars for a price quote. If you don’t like their price when quoted you still pay them 200 dollars for driving to your house. That’s a higher risk of losing money than spending my day at the Hard Rock Casino. Pretty amazed that I was just told that.
So, set an appointment with this company on Friday, didn't come until Monday. Not that big of a deal, because the house is vacant. Then, the technician gets there and I tell him that I want to have the GFCI system in the kitchen and the garage evaluated. He does no workup. No evaluation and starts to say that stuff is going to need to be replaced. Then, he says that two of the outlets should be protected, by other GFCI outlets, but starts quoting replacing them with GFCI outlets. I've never seen an electrician that wants you to agree to a cost without even doing any actual workup on the problem. One of the GFCI outlets was just replaced, so it isn't faulty. I told him to leave. The prices were on the high side, but would have been fine if I didn't feel like he was trying to scam me by installing things I didn't need, and he couldn't possibly know what I needed since he didn't do any workup. I may have just gotten a bad tech, but I certainly won't use this company again.
Kim and his colleague recently swapped out our panel. They were great professionals and left the area very clean. They were also of great assistance in coordinating with the city inspector. I will definitely hire them again for all my future electrical needs!
