They never showed up to do the work, never called to say need to reschedule. Horrible company. Do not use.

RUN! This company asks for money upfront and then they do not show up. When you try yo reschedule they don’t have time when you’re available and won’t budge. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told none were available to speak with at all and I was hung up on. Careful, they don’t seem very up and up and I’m hoping I can get my money back since they don’t actually show up.

From what I just understood from the representative on the phone, they charge 200 dollars for a price quote. If you don’t like their price when quoted you still pay them 200 dollars for driving to your house. That’s a higher risk of losing money than spending my day at the Hard Rock Casino. Pretty amazed that I was just told that.

So, set an appointment with this company on Friday, didn't come until Monday. Not that big of a deal, because the house is vacant. Then, the technician gets there and I tell him that I want to have the GFCI system in the kitchen and the garage evaluated. He does no workup. No evaluation and starts to say that stuff is going to need to be replaced. Then, he says that two of the outlets should be protected, by other GFCI outlets, but starts quoting replacing them with GFCI outlets. I've never seen an electrician that wants you to agree to a cost without even doing any actual workup on the problem. One of the GFCI outlets was just replaced, so it isn't faulty. I told him to leave. The prices were on the high side, but would have been fine if I didn't feel like he was trying to scam me by installing things I didn't need, and he couldn't possibly know what I needed since he didn't do any workup. I may have just gotten a bad tech, but I certainly won't use this company again.

Kim and his colleague recently swapped out our panel. They were great professionals and left the area very clean. They were also of great assistance in coordinating with the city inspector. I will definitely hire them again for all my future electrical needs!

I was very impressed by how professional John and Kim were as they worked on troubleshooting various electrical issues that occur in old homes. I will definitely call Apex Electrical LLC again and highly recommend John and Kim for any electrical job.

Had a great experience using Apex Electrical LLC. The receptionist answered on the first ring, was beyond nice. Was called an hour later and told he was on his way. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable, affordable and quick services.

The company is the best!! Very prestigious and reliable. If you want a company that knows their work, has better than average pricing and who will show up when they say they will then you want Apex Electrical LLC. Will definitely tell everyone I know about this company!!

Never pay for a quote upfront. Paid $100 for a quote for three different jobs on the same property. Quote came back after a week which was lower than expected. It wasn't itemized so I had no indication which job the quote was for. I called back almost everyday for a week asking for more specifics about the quote. It seemed like every time I did, nothing got pushed through.

Eventually the lead technician contacts me back and we discuss the quote. The tech that came to my house only provided a quote for less than half the work. I received a new quote for labor and materials, again with no notes that describe the exact nature of the job. I decide to go through with it anyway expecting it to be amended when they return to the home.

Whole thing never got off the ground because they couldn't replace my telephone service pole which both techs were informed about. If the quote given to me had included line items for the job, it could have been a simple matter to cancel or adjust if needed, but at that point I put in a deposit for half the job.

I cancelled the job, told both a customer service rep and the tech that generated the second quote to refund me my deposit which they claimed would go through. After one week, I am still currently waiting on my $2400 refund for the job I cancelled. When I called the company again, the representative was surprised that I was still waiting on it and there were no notes about calling me back. I imagine if I don't continue to badger them, they would just keep my money.

If you have a simple job or repair, these people might be able to help you. I don't recommend them for major construction projects. They don't give you a quote detailing the exact job you requested, don't listen to the customer describing the needs of the job, and will leave you for weeks with zero communication about your issues. And apparently steal your money if you let them.

Edit: I contacted APEX due to not receiving a refund of the deposit for the work that couldn't be complete. The rep told me it would take two weeks to process. After two weeks and no refund, I contacted them back and was told it was still processing and that a manager would call me back. Repeated the same conversation the next day. On the third day, I was told that the job was never cancelled and that there was no refund in process. He told me he would issue the request and it would be refunded within 5 days. This company lies and cheats people out of money.

Last Edit: Somehow, some way, I became the target of a scheme to take money, not provide service, and then never be issued a refund (theft) and then lie about it (multiple stories of it in process and ultimately never being returned after a month)

I was able to resolve the matter by calling my credit card company and issuing a chargeback. They will be contacting Apex Electric to resolve the matter on my behalf. Their financial department can then review the notes (if kept) of the number of times I called in regard to the refund and maybe they can settle out the reason why there were multiple people telling me the refund was on the way, was never issued, or is right back on the way guaranteed ;)

Called Apex Electrical LLC because my whole house fan died in the heat wave. They were here in less than 12. Arrived on time, got the work done efficiently. Price was what I was expecting. So pleased I now have a good reliable electrician.

I called them to replace a breaker for our condenser that wasn't producing full power. A simple fix. They said they would be there within a window (2:30pm to 5:30pm) I understand that technicians cannot always Make it within the window but they didn't call me I had to call them and then they told me they can't get me in for 2 more days. Not professional at all. I called integrity home solutions and they were cheaper and better.

I would never use anyone else! My experience with Steve was inspiring and responsive better than any experience I've had with electrical companies in the past. The service was qualified, fast, responsive and the craftsmanship was quality. The pricing was affordable and genuine. He has set the bar high for sure! Kudos!

I can’t say enough good things about Apex Electrical LLC.They installed a power line to a new main floor laundry and added outlets to my kitchen after it was remodeled.They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. They were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I will highly recommend them.

We called Apex Electrical LLC for some Real estate inspection items. They were right on time, they showed up exactly when they said they would. We were given an exact time instead of a huge time window. Their electricians were very honest, trust-worthy, polite, highly knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. We'll only be using this Apex Electrical on our future projects.

I’ve used Apex Electrical LLC now on 3 separate occasions.Their work is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. My house was struck by lightning and they came in and replaced the main breaker and multiple outlets. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need.

Mark did an excellent job installing a new box and wall switch for a fan to be installed. His work was extremely professional, pleasant to talk with, he clarified everything in detail. His work involved going up into our crawl space which was full of insulation--he never complained!!! will definitely use Apex Electrical LLC again!!

Mark was excellent!!! He installed a total of 28 recessed lights in our house without creating a substantial amount of damage. He wired and installed everything within 2 days and it all works perfectly. Couldn't be happier. We have more electrical work we would like done in the future and we will definitely be using Apex Electrical.

To say that Mark was helpful is an extreme understatement. He did a fabulous job inspecting the aluminum wiring in my home and rejuvenating it with copper ends. My family and I will both sleep better knowing that our wiring is now safe. If you want quality work done, I highly recommend Apex Electrical LLC!

Apex Electrical LLC were absolutely amazing. They were quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. They worked with me to find the right lighting solution taking into consideration some of the challenges with the layout of the installation room and talked me through the process as they were working, answering any questions that I had. I can't imagine a better experience as a customer.

I've now used Apex Electrical on 3 different occasions with 3 different technicians. All 3 experiences were exceptional, very professional and exceeded my expectations. My latest experience was with Mark and he was terrific. The job was a little challenging and unique, however Mark was very resourceful and creative providing more than satisfactory results. Owning a distribution business and dealing with contractors for over 5 years, I know the good from the bad. I'd recommend Apex Electrical to anyone at anytime. First class organization!
