Found this team GreenPal, they came when I scheduled for a first time mow with them and did a great job! I spoke with William for some more work again in my yard,it was done quick and for a good price! APPRECIATE THEM!

I went with this company to support a local small business. I paid double for a job that would of cost me half to do on my own to support a local business. I ordered white Marble Rock. WE just had a decent amount of rain and i see my rock now and it is not what i ordered. Going to post the picture of the rock we ordered and what we got.

Contacted the company and they said there is nothing they can do. Be careful with a company that does not stand behind their work. I was very clear i want white Marble rock like i have in the front of my house. Try to do something good to support a smaller business and now i am dealing with this.

I received 3 quotes. Ultimate was the cheapest. Customer service was excellent. William showed up on time. Finished within an hour. Recommended some other things that could be done at a later time. I will definitely use Ultimate again. William was professional and courtest. He advised what he was doing to clean up the backyard.
Other treatments to prevent weeds. When opening the doors we announced his entry/departing each time. I respect that as I was upstairs working and this caused me not to alarmed. 100% customer service!

The work far exceeded my expectations! Great job!

Broke my fence trying to squeeze a rider mower through a narrow pathway. The wider fence entrance was on the right side of the house. Instead of checking if the machine could fit through the other larger entrance to the backyard, they just forcibly rammed it through the more narrow one and caused great damage to my fence. Then they didn’t even communicate that they broke it, they just left the broken pieces on the ground, which feels wildly disrespectful and grossly negligent so I had to find out by surprise the next day when I took the trash out.

They also destroyed my patio lights with their bulky mower even though the lights were located on a mulch patch and attempted to conceal it like I wouldn’t notice.

The least I deserved was a face to face apology and a notice of the damage. Absolutely devastating and now having to sort damage compensation out with LawnStarter.

Even if LawnStarter repairs it, it will still look like a patch job and I’m absolutely pissed. I just moved in here 2 months ago and I already have property damage to deal with. This could have been avoided with common sense.
