Trent and Bryson provided excellent service. Trent gave an estimate that was reasonable for a new pipe due to the leakage in our house. They did the work according to plan and dealt with rocks, hard clay, and hot weather. Their work is very much appreciated. They were hard working, punctual, professional and communicative. Will use them again!

New York Plumbing did a leak-detection for us, and their technician was excellent. He located the issue quickly, and then explained what to do. We really appreciate his honesty.

Mario Valadez was very professional, as well as his assistant. Arrived at the exact time planned. All day, they worked quickly and consistently. The cleaning was done while they were working, our floors were protected, and it was completed at the end. They removed old machinery and debris. They installed an intake grill much larger and less restrictive compared to the original. California Building Codes issues were resolved without any additional charge. These two workers are very skilled and I'm extremely satisfied with their work.

Rodney is efficient and helpful. Rodney quickly fixed my main issue, which was a toilet that had to be re-anchored on the floor. He said I could put off addressing a second issue for the moment, which was a valve that controlled an outside spigot.

Wish I could give 10 star rating. Sean is by far the most honest, highly-skilled, and customer-service oriented plumber that I have met in my 20+ years of living in San Francisco. Over the years, I resigned myself into thinking that plumbers, unless they were family members, would always take advantage. Especially when you are in a bind. Sean is different. He responded quickly, despite his busy schedule and the high quality service he provides. He answered my questions AFTER I had finished the service. The service was amazing. What a great human being. William and Erik installed a high efficiency boiler/hot-water unit in my home to replace the boiler from the 1970s. Since I knew the day would arrive, I did some research in the last year. I knew what kind of solution I needed.

I can't say enough nice things about William, Erik and the rest (of the team) I worked with. Professional all the way around. They meet all of the service standards -- courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered all my questions and gave me confidence about the project.

These are my requirements for 5 stars. William really stood out for his meticulous attention to details and his obvious passion and dedication to his work. The result is a masterpiece. Highly technical and functional art. All wires and components are neatly zip tied, everything is labeled. The wall was built by them to mount the entire system! The level is unbelievable.

The thermostat went blank and nothing responded. Thought it was the unit itself at first. Called for AC Repair and PolarAir got there same day. Turned out to be a wiring issue at the thermostat. Tech fixed the connection, updated the settings, and made sure the whole system cycled correctly. Quick visit but solved everything. House temperature stable again and no more guessing. Good honest work.
