Alfredo and Yandry and the rest of crew went above and beyond. They were on time worked diligently to get the service completed. Cleaned up after everything we are a HAPPY COLD Family. Highly recommend R&R they are professionals and cost effective for the amount of work they have to do and with a smile. God bless you all working in 100 degrees non- stop no complaints.

I happened to come across a listing for R&R Cooling Solutions last year after moving into my new home and the a.c. going out on a holiday weekend. After reaching out to several companies R&R Cooling was able to come out within hours and fix the unit and get a service plan in place that I have been pleased with. The service professionals have always gone above and beyond to help with any issues we’ve had. I would and have recommended this company and have never been disappointed.

My experience with R & R cooling solutions was amazing. I called them at 5:30 on a Saturday and they had no problem coming out to fix my AC. The tech was very friendly and explained everything that he was doing and that needed to be done. He had my AC cooling in no time. I cant say enough good things about R & R.They are all around great! I highly recommend them and i will be using them for all my AC needs. Thank you R&R cooling solutions!

R&R were quick to respond, able to give me a good accurate idea of what to expect and a ball-park range of what to expect. They were out the same day to look at everything and even worked into the night to get me a quotes for repair and replace. 2 days later they were at my house when they said they would be and after a lot of work, replaced my entire ac system! I could not have been happier with everything.

WOW! Look no further! I am old school so I know when people are being professional & when they’re not. This company & these guys are polite & professional to the extreme. I’ve had other companies come out over the years & they don’t hold a candle to R & R. I highly recommend them & if I could give 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a professional company that is responsive, on time and provides quality work at a reasonable price then look no further. All of the 5-star reviews are definitely accurate as I found when I called them to look at one of my HVAC units that was not providing adequate cooling and the compressor was running almost constantly. They were able to come to my house the morning after I called them and quickly identified the problem. The repair required a new expansion valve which needed to be obtained from the manufacturer, so it took an extra day to get the part, but the unit was functioning normally as soon as the part was obtained. They also identified that the company that had installed this unit 3 years previously had done a sloppy job of connecting the new unit to the existing duct work. There were spaces in the connection that were allowing attic air to leak into the system affecting the efficiency and causing moisture to build up on the insulation within the ducts. They returned later to replace the original plenums and the effected flexible ductwork. When I inspected the repair after completion, I was impressed with the thoroughness of the repair. I actually felt that they had gone beyond the work stated in the estimate without adding additional charges. I am very pleased that I decided to hire R and R Cooling Solutions for my HVAC repair.

Had to price out a new HVAC system. R&R came out promptly, and were very responsive to my million questions. Had the best quote on equipment. Were very professional in their installation and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience and I would highly recommend.

My AC unit stopped cooling down last night. I immediately freaked out (sort of) since it’s only been 6 months since we acquired it. Coming to find out I missed Alfredo’s calls a week ago and it was time for maintenance (completely my fault). The system is designed to shut off (although it was still blowing out some air) when the pipes are clogged. I sent them an email around 1am. Called this morning and while I was about to leave a voicemail they were calling me back. They said 30 minutes but Alfredo was here before that. I have to say I love this company. The service is amazing.

I rarely respond to surveys or post reviews. However, this one that I had to post to say thank you to Alfredo-R&R Cooling Solutions. Alfredo came out today, on short notice, to check an issue with the AC. The issue was something minor with the dampener. At first, it appeared to be a thermostat issue. Alfredo recommended that I just monitor the system, because everything is working properly. He informed that the thermostat is working fine and believes the dampener was just stuck, but it is working correctly now.

I appreciate the quick response to my issue. I greatly appreciate the honesty and integrity to take care of the issue. Some companies will do anything to make money, even selling parts that are not needed. R&R Cooling is definitely a company of integrity and will do the right thing! I highly recommend this company.

This is Florida people... We will all experience an air emergency at some point but there is no other company that I trust more than R&R!!! They handled my issues so quickly and efficiently (Not to mention around 20% less than everyone else)! My experience was effortless and actually enjoyable! I will forever be contacting this company and I highly recomend them for any of your cooling needs!

The whole team was great and helped us out on short notice. Bought a house and the AC system failed on the first day we owned it. They were able to locate and install a replacement system the next day. Alfredo explained what was wrong and gave us options. Entire team was very professional and were very knowledgeable about the trade. Will be using them to replace the upstairs unit later this year. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful experience with R & R Cooling Solutions. Alfredo came out and inspected our combo A/C Heating unit. He gave us quotes on repairs or replacement, explained everything in detail and did not try to push us either way. We decided to replace. Alfredo and his crew came out the same day we gave them the go ahead, replaced the unit as well as the trunk lines that were under the house and full of holes. The price was very fair and included a senior discount! They stayed and made sure everything was working properly, left all paperwork, and even replaced the thermostat. We highly recommend this company if you’re looking for one for your A/C or Heating needs.

WOW!! These guys are THE BEST!! They really know what they are doing and fixed our problem in no time. They returned my phone call right away and were able to come right over. Alfredo is an honest person and does what he says he'll do. Their rates are very reasonable. Considering that an air conditioner can be a major expense - it sure feels good that we can trust this company to do the right thing. Our unit is old and we will be needing a new one soon. We will for sure be having R&R Cooling Solutions replace it. Thanks.

We had our ten year old HVAC replaced by R & R Cooling Solutions and it just passed inspection 4/21/24. I have to say Yandry and his team did an awesome job, stayed late to finish the job and the system they installed is a huge improvement over what we had. We really like the Wi-Fi smart thermostat. We highly recommend them!

Wow. Hands down the best HVAC services in the area. A capacitor went bad on one of my outdoor units causing only warm air in my house. Bayonett said it would take them 2 days to even come and look. I called R&R and Alfredo showed up, did some troubleshooting, and repaired the issue in like 20 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. I'll only be working with him and R&R in the future.

Alfredo was fantastic! Our A/C motor went out about a week after we moved into our new home. He was able to come the same day and determine what the problem was very quickly. He was able to give me an accurate estimate of what it would cost to repair it. He called me immediately the next morning to say he had gotten the new motor and was on the way to my home to install it. I would highly recommend R&R Cooling Solutions. He had the new motor installed in about an hour and a half. Their service is top notch. 5 stars for this company!!

I have been very happy with R&R Cooling Solutions. They are prompt, they communicate well and strive to be the best at customer service and what they do. They even put one of my shutters back up that was on the ground. There is nothing I can say bad about this company. It is family owned and they treat you as family as well. They all work as a team to efficiently take care of the problem. Their work is neat and professional. They just replaced my AC unit, they laid down canvas sheeting on the floors and cleaned up when done. I will continue to use them in the future for maintenance or what may come up. Thank you R&R!
