Jessy is fabulous. We have a very large live oak and it was in need of some major work. She did a fantastic job getting it trimmed and shaping it so the canopy looked more in line with all main branches and raising the bottom so we could keep the roofs cleaner. Couldn't be happier! Phenomenal job by Jessy! Our laurel oak was damaged in last year’s storms and needed an arborist’s expert evaluation of what to trim. Jessy was easy to work with, explained the process of how to give the tree a new lease on life. She did all her own rigging, cuts and tree limb disposal. Was pretty epic to watch.

The quote was also much less than other companies who wanted to charge us incredibly higher costs for a much more dramatic change to the canopy. Highly recommend Jessy’s Trees and enjoyed supporting a local tree service/small business that truly cares about the relationship between tree health and customer satisfaction.

Jessy was very communicative about the date and time of our appointment. Jessy arrived on time, which we appreciated. She is friendly and as an arborist, she is extremely knowledgeable. We thought our beloved live oak had to be cut down, but Jessy said No, just clean it up after Hurricane Milton made a mess of it. Jessy worked quickly and cleaned the area very nicely.

Her assistant, William, was equally nice and genuinely friendly, and a hard worker.

This business is amazing ! Phil was very prompt and provided excellent guidance on what to plant( or not) ; trees and shrubs to be pruned; removal of large palm fronds etc. The estimate was very reasonable and the 6 man crew was professional, swift and came with the equipment to get the job done . Plus great cleanup!

Communication was excellent and the service was of the highest quality. I highly recommend!

First, they were very responsive to our request for a quote and were able to come out and do that just a few days after our first call. Their quote was a LOT lower than the company we'd been using the past 3 tree trims. Because of this, we asked extra questions and liked the answers we received. We were able to book the work and they were only a few weeks out from that date. They trimmed 4 oak trees, and ripped out a hedgerow in the back of the house for no extra charge.

The day of the work they showed up on time, went over everything they would be doing, did the work and left. They cleaned the property up as well!

Also of note is that they have all of the insurance necessary, including work comp!

The community where I live used this business. They did a great job with removal and cleanup and the property looks great. Now all parking spots are usable, and safer for cars. This review however isn't about the job they did, its the people they are. My boyfriend recently had a stroke and had a flat tire, this makes everyday things more challenging. They came over to see if we were ok and filled his tire with air so we could go get it patched. KINDESS goes a long way in this world, and I appreciate them helping when they saw someone in need. When We buy a home, this is a company we will use in the future.

Great company. Really cares about the trees and palm. Arbor Source does a great job on those big pruning needs. Jeff is great. His knowledge of tree pruning, his knowledge of the heavy equipment, and his crew leadership is unsurpassed.

Arbor Source has been caring for my trees for years. It was finally time to remove my old, dying laurel oak and it broke my heart but needed to be done. The crew was wonderful, as always, and worked like the dickens all day until the job was complete. I would never dream of using anyone else for my tree care.

Arbor Source removed and trimmed multiple trees on my property. They did a wonderful job, removed and took away all the debris and made sure I was happy with their services in the end. I would definitely use them for any future tree services and recommend them to friends.
