Overall they did a great job. Caitlin went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the results - and was willing to take the time to listen to my concerns about taking out a laurel oak (we ultimately did). She gave me several options with that tree, and not all companies would. The crew had a minor issue with the stump grinder, and were back in less than a day to finish the job - again, not all companies would do that either. And to top if off I complicated things with a freight delivery where we had to shuffle vehicles around the block. They were very thorough with cleanup, and it came out great. That's commitment. Thank you.

We had Arbor Source cut down a laurel oak in our backyard. They were very professional, started and finished the job when they said they would, and didn’t leave a mess. Overall we’re very happy. Highly recommend!

I contacted Arbor Source to remove some tree limbs that were very near my roof as well as trim excessive branches. When they came out (as scheduled) the crew was extremely professional and courteous. The team was led by Jeff Atwell and he went over the job before they cut anything. As true arborists they were all about ensuring that the tree was protected and that the cuts would not cause unnecessary damage the tree. I intend to use Arbor Source as my go to company for all of my arbor needs.

Amazing service! Would highly recommend. Woke up to having 1/2 of my tree fallen on my cars and fence. Received a great same day estimate. Foreman Jeff and his crew arrived within hours, had everything removed, debris cleaned faster than I could have imagined. Even helped put part of the fence back together. I am so happy I hired Arbor Source to do the hurricane preparation at my house. They have certified arborists on staff, which reassured me that the health of my trees would be a priority. Caitlin came to the house to give advice and an estimate for the work. The price she quoted was very reasonable for the amount of work needed, and her advice was invaluable.

The team that arrived arrived on time, they were very respectful of all the (many!) established plants on the property, and cleaned up when they were done. The entire experience was a pleasure. 10/10 will definitely use again.

Phil, a certified arborist at Arbor Source, helped our neighbor save a magnificent Live Oak tree badly damaged during Hurricane Milton. She referred us to Phil, who was very knowledgeable about the trees in our yard and options for dealing with damage, future plans, tree options, etc. Additionally, we were also pleased with Jeff, also a certified arborist, from Arbor Wise who with his crew worked hand-in-hand with Arbor Source to complete the tree work. We were delighted for the response, expertise and work during an exceedingly busy time.

From owner Phil giving us advice as an arborist, to Crew leader Joey who aptly lead a terrific team, we couldn't have had a better experience. Great job, very knowledgeable and professional. I will use them every year to trim my trees! I highly recommend contacting Arbor Source Professional Tree Care for all your tree maintenance and removal needs. Every single interaction has been professional, informative, and collaborative. Caitlin DeWitt from their team walked us through the entire process, provided incredible insight regarding the health of our trees, fairly quoted various options to consider, and was communicative every step of the way. Given one of the trees being removed was a native Laurel Oak, this also required an official approval letter by a certified arborist. Arbor Source Manager, Phil O'Connor, wrote the letter and had their Office Manager, Ashlea O'Connor, email us a copy prior to the tree removal. I absolutely loved their organized and efficient communication.

On the day of the tree removal, a team of contractors came out to our home led by Foreman, Jeff Atwell. The entire team was organized, polite, and hard working. Although the weather felt over 100 degrees, they worked tirelessly the entire time. We provided them ice clothes and water as a courtesy, yet they continued through. The team removed both trees and grinded the stumps in under 5 hours, which was fascinating to watch. One of the contractors even saved me a one-inch thick slice of the tree as a keepsake. They cleaned up everything before heading out for the day. Such an incredible group of hard workers.

Hands-down, I will absolutely hire Arbor Source for all my tree trimming/maintenance needs in the future.
