Pathetic service . Put me and my family in danger of fire hazard. Never trust this company. All 5 star reviews seem fake based on my experience.Stay away. Updated review in response to business’s reply: Aug 23 2022. ——Really happy to see that the company had time to post such a long story (with enough manipulation to make it look like they did everything perfectly). Note they didn’t have time to pick our call during business hours and any sensible customer will understand the reason. Now that review is posted they have to reply to prove they are skillful. See below the truth
1. Yes true he mentioned about replacing the receptacle. But from the error while charging EV isn’t it common sense to understand problem was not with receptacle. As mentioned in our initial review the receptacle was high quality and was not faulty. EV approved electrician just fixed the grounding.
2. He was arguing with me that there was no issues with his work/ connection from the minute he entered the property. He said he knows better that electrical engineers and engineers don’t know basics of home wiring. All this because I mentioned I was an electrical engineer and asked him questions about grounding. So after a while I understood his argument/claims were senseless as he even said EV charger might be faulty. As I work from home and had no time listening to his long lectures about how great he is , I asked him to leave politely saying we will check with EV manufacturer.”
3. Once the approved electrician fixed the grounding ,we emailed and called multiple times to ask for refund for the work and time they wasted in addition to the danger our family was exposed.
With all due respect, if the business is not ready to settle this amicably by agreeing to the mistake and take steps to avoid such incidents in future I am going to take legal support to get the electrician’s license revoked for the risky electric work performed. We have enough proof to proceed that route. Doing improper wiring itself is irresponsible right ? So if they are not even acknowledging the mistake after all the details shared and take steps to avoid future occurrence, then as a citizen I feel morally obliged to do what is in my capacity to stop this company/ electrician from putting other families in danger including fire hazard.

I had a great experience today with Streamline Electric. I needed 3 ceiling fans installed, and a bathroom vanity light fixture installed. My technician, Tavis, was professional, efficient, and friendly. I was comfortable with this gentleman in my home during the Covid-19 pandemic. And I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs electrical work done.

They provide great customer service always and have very competitive and affordable prices. It's nice knowing they are licensed and insurance and the electrical work is being handled professionally and correctly. Family owned business sometimes are the better way to go compared to large corporate company's as its more personalized. I love knowing they truly love providing great electrical service to all clients and are not just trying to take your money. You don't get that much these days so integrity means a lot and the knowledge from the electricians is amazing. They really pay attention to detail and follow policy and codes placed to ensure its all being done the right way the first time. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Bottom line, I highly recommend Streamline Electric. I felt like I was family with the attention I was provided by Elizabeth and with the quality of work by Mike and the team. They dealt with my unruly tenants (that I inherited) and worked with me through all of the roadblocks I experienced with FPL inspections. This was a newly acquired property that had numerous neglected electrical issues from the previous owner. Ms. Elizabeth (I’m sure she’s a saint) kept me fully abreast and informed throughout the process. I cannot recall ever working with a company that provides this level of service. Streamline will be the only electrician I call for any work done in South FL. I cannot thank and appreciate them enough. From beginning to end, Streamline Electric is a full service operation. It was a pleasure dealing with Liz, who oversaw and booked the work necessary to install my new pool heater. Master Electrician Jesse was a rare find in today's market: an old school professional with 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge that allowed him to be flexible and problem solve on the job. I'm pretty sure I drove them both a bit crazy with my timelines and endless questions but I was treated with respect and my job was completed on time, as promised with no hidden fees and no surprises. I highly recommend this business and would use them again.
