I highly recommend this place I've used them several times over the years and have never been disappointed .I just recently bought another ac unit from them and thank you Steve for all the help in deciding what I needed . Every one in there is so friendly and professional . It's refreshing to have a company like this that you can actually trust.

Always used them for my wall unit. On time, fast and efficient. During install; The guys did a great job, on time, kept in contact, cleaned up, and respected the property. 100%!

I paid $3000 for 2 wall units that were supposed to ensure they don't leak.. reeve didn't measure properly the living r and the unit they installed is too small. It leaks constantly in hot months. Last year when the living room was leaking all over the room, they came and charged $200 to clean and would not unless i paid in advance.

Not trustful people. For a business which states that they have been 60 years in business they should know more and care more about their customers. They gave an estimate to fix my ac; I've agreed, they did some kind of work; the ac worked for a couple of days and stopped working again. I've called them and they told me that then I need to replace the system or compressor and it would cost me 7K. A compressor costs about 7 times less than that. Dishonest.

Steve and don were outstanding!! Their attention to detail was impressive!! They were methodical and took their time to make sure that everything was up to standard!! We are very happy with the quality of their work!!

What a terrific experience. Knowledgeable and helpful sales person. Careful and thorough installation technicians. Reasonable prices. Less than 24 hours from initial phone call to a terrific new AC unit. Highly recommend.

I have have been using Reeve air conditioning for more than 30 years. I can't remember how many different jobs they have done for me during that time. The only thing I remember is they're always on time and they do a wonderful job every time.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with every aspect of getting a hard to find new 6,000 BTU A/C unit to fit in the small through-the-wall space. The sales person, John was knowledgeable and patient, the item was in stock and was installed the next morning. The two installers, Frantz and Adonys did an excellent job getting the hole enlarged slightly for the sleeve to fit and patched the wall area so it was better looking than before, leaving the area spotlessly clean. Five stars to everyone involved! Thank you all.”

Adonys and Stifen, the service techs, just finished installing a new wall unit and then fully cleaned an existing wall unit. They both were hard working and efficient and most importantly they knew what they were doing. I highly recommend their work and will call again when I need service.

Called and left VM at 8:00 am. Ricky, the service tech had made a service call and diagnosed the problem by 10:30 am. New unit will be installed this week. John is working out warranty details. Reeve is a little more expensive than the competition but their SERVICE is PRICELESS. They also replaced a different unit for me in 2020 with same great service! They have my business for as long as I need cold air!!!

Reeve Airconditioning installed three units in my home. They did a beautiful job and were very neat and clean. The units were installed with extra safety measures. Very knowledgeable team. Thanks to Steve and his team of experts. We are enjoying the lower power bills too.

The service staff in the office was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and also made us aware of a warranty on our thermostat. The service technician was prompt, thorough, and ordered the part immediately. He was able to install the new part quickly. We were extremely pleased with Reeve's service and we will definitely use them again AND recommend them to everyone we know.

Very professional and responsible. I coordinated an air conditioning replacement remotely with quotes for options that accommodated my needs. Reeve's team took the time to discuss the details so I could make the right decision. They were true to the quote and performed the job cleanly. This is my 2nd air conditioner bought thru Reeve. This is my 2nd 5-star review. I've had outstanding service from Reeve Air Conditioning, Inc over the last 17 years. The technicians, Sal and Don, were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. My Friedrich wall unit had another motherboard issue and the it was spitting water down the inside of the wall. They cleaned everything out, replaced the motherboard and left. The unit clogged up again a few days later, Sal and Don came back, made some adjustments and the unit is working great again. Thank you, Jose, for treating me fairly. Reeve stands behind their work!

97 degrees, 100% humidity, heat index 106! That is Ft. Lauderdale as we begin the long months of summer, and we start gearing up our wall units for the brutal weeks ahead. BUT, Reeve AC to the rescue!!!!!

The call-to-repair time frame was very reasonable (3 days, with the promise that if there were a cancellation that it would be sooner.....and I imagine that with this recent heat wave a LOT of people suddenly realized that their ACs needed servicing, thus the longer than normal wait time?), and George was SO helpful in getting it all arranged. When Jose and Don showed up, they were courteous, professional, and just couldn't have been nicer.

Big, huge, rave review for Reeve Air Conditioning, we will always use them when it comes to wall unit service/installation/repair. And what a great team they have!!

Although the work is good the customer service is horrible. Everyone who answers the phone is rude and seems annoyed you're calling. My situation was they emailed me telling me they would deliver the unit next day all I had to do was call and pay. I called and paid and they never showed up with my unit. Today I called and they said we'll have it installed next Tuesday because you didn't respond to the email. I called and paid! Then the attitude from the person who works there kicks in and I am appalled this is how paying customers are treated. This is not the first incident with them either. If I didn't rent I would never use this company and would advise anyone else to stay away unless you like paying to be given an attitude and be without AC for days. Very disappointed.

Bought a wall unit from this company 4 years ago. I've had to call them three times for the same problem once a year, which I was told was due to drain hole being plugged. The person I spoke with today was rude and condescending telling me that the reason that I'm having the problem is because I refused a full cleaning in the past and telling me I need to read my manual. A full cleaning is over $300 and I told him I'm not paying that amount. In some instances a central air unit wouldn't cost too much more to clean so I told him that I was not going to pay that much and to just send a technician to do a partial cleaning which is cheaper. The employee refused to send out a technician stating I should read the manual that says the unit needs to be fully cleaned annually. They're pleasant until you start having problems with your unit and that's when you will get attitude from them.
Do not do business with these people because they are dishonest. I wouldn't buy another A/C from them if they were the only business in town. I would have given them no stars if it was possible.
