Reeves AC is great. My AC broke down and it was unbearably hot in my apartment. They fixed it within two days of my consultation. They were easy to work with, efficient and reliable. George is extremely knowledgeable about the AC units and so professional. I can’t thank them enough.

After contacting countless other companies to replace my Friedrich through the wall AC unit, I knew I was finally in good hands when I got in touch with Reeve. They were friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick. They scheduled an assessment on a Tuesday and I had a new unit ordered and installed on Thursday. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price, and I am super grateful I found them!

I’m taking a moment to post this message regarding the excellent service, staff and products I recently received by Reeve Air Conditioning, Inc. Authorized dealer for Friederich.
Prompt service. Immediately corrected a personal request without hesitation. Kudos to techs Don and Alvaro. Upon completion of the install they left the area neat and clean. I would highly recommend Reeve for any air conditioning needs…..repairs, new purchase with fair pricing.

It’s been a few days and I am still furious and realing from these con artists. I have never felt so violated. They charge me $150 for 3 seconds of work. My AC is only about 5 years old. They come in and without saying anything start measuring the room. Finally I ask them why are you measuring the room? And they say I needed a new AC. Then they tell me the new AC is $300 more than the place I normally get it from and they have the gall to tell me that the reason why they are more expensive is because they have superior plastering techniques. I didn’t even ask them to match the price, just come within $100 bucks and they still wouldn’t do that!! don’t know how a business can charge $150 for 3 seconds of work. By the sound of it, they could of told me over the phone and maybe charged $80. How does a business like this have absolutely no shame? The technician started to film the area around the AC and made bogus phone calls to his boss to make it sound like it was a bigger deal. I filed a formal complaint with Friedrich to not recommend them. I am angry as hell.

Thank you for your quick response and service! Still under a partial warranty too. Called on a Wednesday and new air conditioner was in on Friday, thanks to all your employees who were friendly and knowledgeable about this process. I highly recommend you to everyone who sees this review!!!

We have been using Reeve for years and I didn’t think it was possible but they just get better and better. 11/13/24, they came and installed my new wall unit. It works GREAT! The technicians Steve and Alex, that came into my home are professional, respectful and do quality work. I recommend this company for all your ac needs!!!!

Called and left several messages and attempted to email to get a quote on a whole building vent cleaning and never reached a person. Called during business hours and no one picks up.

They stated they could not help me because I am out of state right now and it is for my rental property there. He says it’s a law which I do not understand. I live in Multiple states and will be at my Florida property in 2 weeks. Not sure this makes any sense. So if this sounds fishy maybe other things are too
