I hired this company for all 3 of my properties. Wow they are amazing. Super friendly and professional. They did a full house wash and roof wash and all my properties. Best pressure washing company.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Michael was beyond professional and respectful. He was able to get my driveway looking clean again in a short amount of time. Michael was very cautious with my property and has a very fair prices in comparison to other estimates I’ve gotten. I recommend this company 💯

Michael and Jose were very professional and offered a good price. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again. They offered advice for sealing and painting as well. They kept the street and driveway clean while working - you couldn’t find water anywhere in the street when they were done.

Chilly Pressure Washing & Painting Corp was a great investment. Haven’t had our family house roof cleaned in about 10+ years and without a doubt, they’ve helped CLEARLY! The results are clear as day, unfortunately the lighting was a bit off but the roof has been left spotless. Chilly Pressure is very persistent with communication and will tell you how the outcome will come out and steps ahead for the future in protecting your home. This was a great investment and we will be sharing with friends!

The pressure washer guy came today and did a great job. Very friendly, started right away, and finished surprisingly fast. Our 20 ft high marble wall had some mortar stains from the installation, which he removed without any problems. There were also some mortar stains in the driveway, and he got rid of those just as easily. I talked to several companies, and he had by far the fairest price. Thanks again for the great work!

Michael was amazing! Awesome communication very punctual. My tile looks like new and clean also gave me a special on my roof at one of my other properties. I would recommend this 100% to anyone who is unsure of his professionalism, i had my doubts trusting a small business but it paid out 100% thank you very much again and will be in touch soon

I absolutely loved Flat Rate Maids!!!! I usually have to spend every Sunday cleaning my apartment, wasting half my weekend! I called the company and scheduled an appointment for the next day easy peasy! Customer service was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived home after a long day of work to an extremely clean house! I have very high standards with the way I clean and was very impressed by the level of detail used when cleaning my apartment, all for a very affordable price! 10/10 would recommend to use these guys!
