Trust worthy, Ramon the owner is honest. He will talk you out of spending what you do not need. Rare to find most companies try to over sell .

Would be great to tell the maintenance guy that does service on Claremont-Miramar to NOT try to sneak in throughout the exit gate. He needs to call the people that he will be providing service and wait for them to open the RIGHT Gate. I have his license plate and will report to HOA.

This place has not cleaned my pool after multiple requests. I am paying for a service that they are not completing. Horrible and unreliable

Have been servicing my pool for many years. Ramon and Elizabeth are great. Willie does a fantastic job servicing the pool.

I was a bit skeptical to use these guys because of some of the bad reviews but tried them out anyways. They did my pool and I have no complaints. Super professional and completed within the requested time line.

They do horrible work. After the first or second time of coming out they start sending subcontractors out that do a horrible job I caught one guy dumping leaves from the pool and my Shrubbery another one wasn't using chemical at all my pool keep turning green. They only want to come out on the day that they wanted to come out. The customer comes last with this company do not go to them to have your pool cleaned or your house cleaned.

I’m more than happy with the service that Bees Pool services have provided. They’ve build our amazing infinity pool with a jacuzzi. Our family can’t thank you guys enough for your professionalism and quality work. 10/10

I contracted Bee's Pool Service to design and construct a pool at my home in the Pines area. I am super happy with the service they provided as it was constructed quickly and it was done beautifully! With the quality of service they provide I decided to have them continue servicing my pool and I couldn't be happier!

Contracted this pool service for a new pool and they did not disappoint. The quality was outstanding and so was the customer service. Not only did they construct my pool but they come for weekly cleanings on a set schedule and always get the job done. I am more than happy with this company!

I always have issue with them not performing their duties. The pool guy they send out once a week decides if it’s convenient for him to clean the pool that week. Sometimes he comes, looks at the pool and leaves and other times he never showed. I pay for pool cleaning one time a WEEK. Also, they do not answer the phone unless you pester them and call continually. The woman that answers the phone says “I’ll call you back” and guess what? She never does. Very poor service.

This is a professional company that strives to provide quality customer service to its clients. I recently requested their services to clean my pool in the Hialeah area after I neglected it for months. Upon arrival they got to work right away. Shortly after cleaning my pool, they recommended I switch my pool water from chlorine to salt water. I couldn’t be happier, no more burning red eyes. Overall, I’m very pleased with their results. I’ll be calling them again in the future.

I have added the before and after in the pictures. The company I rent from uses their services and I am beyond happy with the current results. Because I have to work through a middle man. Once the owner saw what was going on he quickly came over to the pool to fix what had happened. There was a long time where the tenant had not requested cleaning and no one reported that the timer and pump had failed. They fixed our issue over two visits and I am beyond happy with the results. We’re running off of a smaller pump and since we do not plan to own this house the fix Bee’s had supplied us with is wonderful. We’re trying to do a lot with a little pump but I am beyond happy with the results. Thank you so much!

Had an issue with my pool pump starting to leak. Was able to get in touch with Brandon who came out within a few hours to get some piping repaired. Looking forward to setting up weekly cleaning them as well.
