Constraction reviews in Hialeah, Florida

I had a commercial office and warehouse in need of mold remediation. SERVPRO of Doral helped us to implement the remediation process with a minimal business interruption for our tenants. Their technicians were very communicative and courteous throughout the entire process. They were very thorough and showed up promptly when they say they would.

Everything was handled to the utmost professionalism and efficiency. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again

My home was affected by the Texas winter storm in 2021. I couldn't get a mitigation company here in Houston, but thank God these guys came to help out all the way from my home town Miami. They were compassionate, understanding, very professional, and quick. They explained everything to me clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. My insurance company took a year to pay them but they still remained patient, understanding and compassionate while waiting on there payment. I'm greatful for them and the service they provided, especially David and Richard.

It was an exceptional service provided by Mr Jason Morejon, who recently visited my apartment to evaluate damage caused by a leak from the unit above.
Jason demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the visit. He did not limit his inspection to the visibly affected area - instead, he took the initiative to thoroughly examine other parts of the apartment to ensure there were no hidden or additional leaks. He also confirmed there was no presence of mold and took the time to explain why mold had not developed, which gave me much - needed peace of mind.
I was especially grateful that this inspection was performed at no cost.
For context, I also obtained an evaluation from another company. Unlike Jason, they quickly claimed the presence of mold spores, likely taking advantage of the fact that many customers -myself included- are not familiar with how mold develops or is detected.
This kind of behavior can lead too unnecessary charges and stress.
Jason's honesty , knowledge, and throughout approach provided a clear contrast. He represents your company's values in the best possible way, and I hope you will take this opportunity to recognize him for his outstanding service.
Sincerely
Doralia Acosta
