Do not but from this company there product is worthless and when you buy replacement parts they will not let you return them.

iHeat stopped working all of a sudden, after about 15 or 16 months of usage. I tried calling their customer service line at different times on different days, but was not able to reach anyone to inquire about the problem.

Quick to send out parts with no instructions and shipping charges. Cannot talk with them. When you try to explain, they talk over you. Unit is continuously breaking down. Replacing it with a reliable unit. Would not recommend purchasing from them unless you like problems.

My son bought a water heater from Home Depot in june 2018 . It was made by Drakken. It never did work. So the instructions said return it to Drakken. So in January 2019 he mailed it back. They received it signed by Eric. It was supposed to have a year warranty. But time slipped by and I called them in July. Terri said it was out of warranty. Of course they received it in January. Never heard from them. So my mother called in July and they said they had to find it. They lost it. Called back they located it and it had been fixed it. But then Terri said it was out of warranty. Even though it was send back in January. They said I would have to pay the cost of fixing it and shipping it. If I didn't then they would take the fixed parts out and return it. Never buy from Drakken

Our tankless water heater stopped working in our house so no hot water. Yonka told us to come right in with the unit and Pedro had it repaired and back to us in 30 minutes time. Who new in Hialeah that quick, honest, professional service is live and well. I would recommend the product and the company all day long.
