I would not recommend! They didn’t show up for a job. No call no concern! I guess business must be that good! I called another company and they came right away!

First they take for ever to call you back. Then they came in did the work that was to done. They unplugged are breaker and not tell no-one they where done so we can check the work that was done. We went out to check the job they did it was a mess. We called them to come out again took forever to come back, then gave us an quotation for the work they did not to correct the first time. Now i call them and email them and no answer. This is the worst company there is.

Alex and his team was scheduled to come to my duplex Monday or Tuesday. They were no shows for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday ( No notice, No Communication). When Thursday come, Alex calls me to let me know he is sending his team over shortly to start on my work, but my job is a 35,000 thousand dollar worth job why would I hire a lackluster company like Alex Electric? Alex company is not thorough. By the way, when he did FINALLY call me Thursday to let me know he sending his team out, I expressed that I hired another electrician company who gave me an estimate and is expecting to start my job within the next 48 hours. Let me tell you, Alex was so mad and hung up the phone in my face.. ewwww what real man hangs up because a better company whom was more thourough came thru? Early bird gets the worm. Do not hire Alex Electric. The real definition of Unprofessional, Late, and Angry. Be better.

I called with an electrical emergency at 11pm, had no power in my house all day. He answered right away and told me to explain what was happening, once explained he guided me on what to do in order to get my power back. Had called so many people before him and tried contacting fpl and nobody was able to tell me how to fix it.

My tenants called me on a Saturday at 4:30pm. Their water heater and A/C did not work. I called Alex, via a simple Google search and took a chance with this company. This man literally showed up 30 minutes later and came equipped and ready to diagnose the problem and provide immediate solution. He also explained to me a few more preventative measures that can be taken in the future. This is the the best repair person I have ever dealt with, will 100% use again in the future.

I highly recommend Alex Electric! They came out exactly the day I needed them, at 9 am sharp as promised. Both gentlemen were so polite, respectful and knowledgeable. They replaced 2 ceiling fans 15 feet up and replaced a chandelier in the stairwell. They even cleaned up with a broom they brought when they were done!! Superior service!

I had an electrical emergency and had no power in the home. I called at almost 11 pm and received a response on my first attempt. I explained my emergency and Alex walked me through what I needed to do to restore the power. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism shown and not to exclude the fact that he refused to charge me. I highly recommend his services!

Alex provided a very competitive quote, quickly pulled permits and delivered an excellent final product. I initially had a good experience with this company, but unfortunately, things have gone downhill. While the first visit went well, their approach to scheduling is frustrating—they send whichever technicians are available, usually in teams of two or three, and charge separately for each by the hour, even when one tech just observes the other working.

I needed their help again to fix a flickering light fixture that was randomly turning off. They sent different technicians who spent about two hours trying to fix it, and while the light stayed on briefly, it started flickering again shortly after they left. I called them back, and the same techs returned, spending another two hours on the issue. Unfortunately, not only did the flickering persist, but the lamp eventually stopped working altogether.

Despite charging me for both days, the issue remains unresolved. I’ve reached out multiple times by phone and email, even sending videos of the ongoing problem, but there’s been no resolution—just repeated invoices. I'm paying what they billed, but I won't be using their services again and cannot recommend them to others.

I would absolutely recommend Alex Electric and his guys. I had repairs that were needed and had to be completed quickly.
