I was charged double the going price for a circuit breaker and they refused to accept returns. Found the exact same part at another store for half the price.

No returns or exchanges period. Will never buy from them again. One guy told me that home depot ruined it for everyone because they accept returns. I now go to Sobyco. They accept returns and value me as a repeat customers.

Very bad experience. Appears on Google to be open until 6:00 pm. But. At 5:30 pm not even for anwers a single question. Don't make the customers waste their time.

This place is garbage and Arturo I believe that’s his name is extremely unprofessional and rude, people don’t waste your time! Besides on the days that they close at 6pm he closes the shop at 5:30! Not customer friendly at all!

The stock a lot of stuff but before I travel from Broward to Dade I called to make sure they have the parts need. After the girl pick up the phone who spoke no English she transfer me to some guy who picks up and all he says No English! No English! What bad communication skills.

Very poor customer service. Went in asking for an item so I started describing it to the guy at the counter. Was told I needed to know the exact name of the part because they are busy people and don't have time to waste. I asked him, do you know what's more important than the customer, he gazed at me, NOTHING, I said.

I have previously made purchases as walk in customer spending over 12K with them and on August 8th I called to get availability and prices on another job that is probably 6-7K and the young person that picked up the phone pretended that didn’t understand what I was talking about, asked me to send him a picture of the material list and was going to get back to me but never did. On August 9th I sent another text that was read but ignored. What a service, it has gone down and I will not recommend them again.

He sold me a breaker not compatible to my panel I bought a sample beaker so he could compare it but he did not look at it not returning to this location and won't refer it to anyone
