I've had a great experience with ACE Pool & Spa. The condition of my pool has dramatically improved ever since ACE began maintaining it. They are very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, they provide an excellent service and I highly recommend them.

My pool guy just disappeared right when my pump broke and pool turned green. Ace Pools picked up on first call, came to my house the very next day. Ace installed a new pump and quoted me completely fair prices. It was an amazing experience dealing with Ace.

I feel compelled to express my gratitude to Samuel and Kristopher for their assistance during a warranty service process. Our swimming pool had a problem where we couldn't utilize the 'cleaner port' as there was zero suction coming from it. Samuel and Kristopher organized three separate visits from pool cleaning technicians, a visit from the pool's original plumber, and finally a 'leak detection' team who successfully solved the issue. This entire process took quite a bit of time, but what matters most is that Samuel and Kristopher were always available to answer any queries, schedule the subsequent visit, or simply reassure us that everything would turn out fine. And indeed, everything did. Once again, my heartfelt thanks to Samuel and Kristopher for their dedication and support!

jonah, asher, samuel and the rest of the crew have been providing excellent pool and spa maintenance services for more than two decades. they come over every week and always do an exceptional job whenever we need new pool pumps, covers for our pool/spa, and equipment fixes. their top-tier level of service is so outstanding, giving them just five stars doesn't seem to do them justice!

this is a phenomenal pool cleaning service. we've had our fair share of experiences with other services, but it was difficult to locate a reliable and affordable one. however, this pool service in hialeah is incredibly trustworthy, they do an outstanding job, and are excellent at conveying what they're doing and letting us know when it's time for equipment upkeep, for instance. asher performs a commendable job at a reasonable cost and hence offers exceptional value. i would highly recommend this pool service in hialeah. asher is especially proficient at his job, always ensuring our pool in hialeah is shimmering clean.

If I could, I'd give these guys 10 stars for their unmatched professionalism and dedication to finish the pool cleaning task promptly and perfectly. I required my pool to be fully drained, cleaned, and refilled, and these guys showed up the same day I contacted them.
