I recently scheduled a Chimney Inspection with Select Air Duct & Chimney Cleaning Serv, and I was very pleased with the service. The technician, Daniel, conducted a thorough Chimney Inspection, carefully checking for creosote buildup, structural issues, and ventilation concerns. He explained the importance of routine Chimney Cleaning and recommended minor Chimney Repair to prevent future problems. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly. The inspection gave me confidence that my fireplace is safe and functioning properly. I also asked about Mold Removal due to slight moisture concerns nearby, and he explained their Mold Remediation process and how they safely handle Mold Removal if needed.

The new dryer I bought was leaving my clothes smelling damp. The staff of Total were courteous and informed me that the damp smell of my laundry was caused by moisture getting trapped in the lint in my dryer. After having a dryer vent cleaning the smell was totally gone. They were also very quick to book and schedule an appointment here.

Scheduling the air duct cleaning was a piece of cake. I contacted them on Tuesday and they were at my house by Friday. That's saying something in Hialeah. The technician also called exactly 30 minutes before arrival, which is a nice touch. He also discussed the maintenance plan when he was done but did so in a non-pressuring manner when it came to how frequently I should change my filter going forward. Very professional and extremely competent.

Got an air duct cleaning today. They sent me confirmation texts, got here right at the time they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves better than it was before they got here. The air definitely smells fresher. Highly recommend for convenience and cleanliness. 5 stars.

We had a huge landscaping project done in our Hialeah backyard and the amount of heavy silt and dirt that ended up drifting into our HVAC system was insane. Every time the AC kicked on, I had this nice layer of filth appear on my surfaces and so I called Total Vent Cleaning for an air duct cleaning. They were super professional and offered a thorough explanation on how they use high-pressure air whips to really knock the heavy debris out of the corners of the duct system. They were able to create a high-volume suction system that got a hold of all that outside dirt.

It's like we live in a new home! Nothing came back after the air duct cleaning, none of that heavy dust back onto our furniture and the air has a much more neutral smell. They were clean and respected our property and really went above and beyond to make sure that the system was clear of all that heavy landscaping material.

We were very pleased with the air duct cleaning service provided. There was a bit of a mildewy smell when the heat would turn on and it was taken care of by Total Vent Cleaning by cleaning out the main supply lines. The guys were in and out quickly, very professional, and knew their stuff relative to our duct setup.

We were paying a lot of money for air but it wasn't coming out of the vents. The air was escaping through cracks in the metal tubes under the house! We called Total for vent cleaning to fix the leaks. They found the spots where the tubes were coming apart. He used special tape to seal the holes up tight so the air stays inside. Then he cleaned the dust out so it wouldn't blow on us. They were very smart to find the holes! Now, all the cold air comes straight to my room and it stays very cool.

The team that came out to Hialeah was fantastic, super respectful of our home and careful with the floors. I actually noticed a difference the very next morning. She isn't coughing nearly as much, and the air inside the house feels crisp and clean now.

Excellent service and very professional. I tried other companies before but always found something not to my liking, but this company goes above and beyond. They even did more than what it was agreed upon. They cleaned the fridged, which was not part of the deal. I highly recommend this compoany. The service was flawless.
