Unfortunately, we have had a really bad experience with this company. I should have read the reviews. The bad ones all say similar things about this company’s dishonesty. They are definitely not cheap and the picture attached is the first drawer I checked after they left. Most, if not every drawer that I checked after that looked the same or worse. Chairs were not wiped at all, as they had the same smudges and hand prints from the day before. Although they did clean some areas, for the money we paid we didn’t expect so much to still be dirty. After complaining, the owner did come down to try and finish the clean, but unfortunately, She came with a lot of animosity and attitude. After showing her the dirty drawers, she was rude and unwilling to admit the fault. After a few angry attacks at me, she left yelling some more attacks down the hallway. When you pay for a deep clean, just be careful because With this company, you might end up having to hire someone else. I have never experienced unprofessionalism like this with any company. Unfortunately, they have also invented lies that we were rude and made insensitive comments, which obviously is not true. We asked for them to clean what was still dirty And they are now saying That we asked for a full reclean. It’s simply Untrue. We definitely did not say that the clean was overall amazing Because that would be the lie. I think they Are just trying to make it look like we were at fault so they are not to blame. I’m very confused and shocked by the comment from this company on my review. The way they have tried to turn this around is dirty and dishonest. Most of What they have said Is fabricated and shocking. I wish them the best of luck, but I do hope that no one receives the treatment We have.

Amazing job. Excellent communication, friendly, and dedicated. They were so kind to me and my animals. I asked them to focus on the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room, and those areas are spotless with great attention to detail. Delivered on all my requests. They even taught me a new technique to clean my stovetop in between appointments. Amazing deep clean, very very happy! Price was not cheap, but definitely fair for the time and work completed.

I recently hired Maid Brigade to clean my home in Ft Lauderdale and I’m honestly really impressed. The team showed up on time were super friendly and got right to work. They paid attention to the little details baseboards, ceiling fans, even the inside of the microwave (which I totally forgot to ask about). By the end everything looked and smelled fresh when they were done like a brand new home. I’ve tried a few cleaning services before, but this one felt more professional and thorough. I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable cleaning company in the area!

Team 1 is AMAZING! They really went above and beyond to clean my home! From the moment they arrived to the very end they kept the same high energy and strong momentum to get the job done. They have been cleaning my 2BR 2.5 BA biweekly for a couple of months now. I have a dog who stays at home while at st work as well. They are great with my dog, don’t require me to be home, play with him and have even let him out. They do an emasculate job cleaning as well, and they do the above and beyond without having to ask. They pick up everything, move furniture to mop and clean, bathrooms are brand new, they do laundry at no extra charge and even clean my balcony! If your not using them your house is probably filthy!!!

I have an 8,000 sq ft home in Miami, and Maid Brigade came in the day after a big party I hosted. You honestly couldn’t even tell anyone had been there. The team was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond.

The company is always professional, but I especially want to mention Connie, who I spoke with on the phone. She made sure everything would be completed by a certain time, sent me a text with an ETA, and the crew was prompt and right on schedule!

I will definitely continue using Maid Brigade and will never look back. I’ve tried a few other cleaning services in the past, and their level of professionalism and overall cleanliness simply didn’t compare to Maid Brigade.
