Samuel and Kristopher organized three separate visits from pool cleaning technicians, a visit from the pool's original plumber, and finally a 'leak detection' team who successfully solved the issue. This entire process took quite a bit of time, but what matters most is that Samuel and Kristopher were always available to answer any queries, schedule the subsequent visit, or simply reassure us that everything would turn out fine.
