The fact that there is no human to talk to anymore when calling for service is a disservice to your customers. In addition, discontinuing various services provided by a service contact while still in effect is totally offensive to me.

Fortunately, the tech "said" he was able to override this situation "this time" thus he was unable to provide me with the receipt to this effect. Let's see if I receive it. I am rethinking continuation of contracts when they expire due to the severe deterioration of SEARS respect for the customer. I have been a loyal consumer of SEARS products and Service Contacts for over 40 years.

Honestly, I wonder if a human will even read and respond to this. I certainly hope so and would be grateful.
