Have had a horrible experience with their service. Had brand new inside and outside units installed by their techs less than two years ago. Now the A/C system is having issues and after chasing them for an entire day they answered only because we physically went to their business, promised that a tech would be onsite within 30-45 minutes. I missed work to wait for the technician, 2 hours after their ETA went by, called them again, then they said they talked to someone and they had told them that nobody was home, although nobody actually cam to the house. Then they told be it would be another 30-45 minutes since then, 2 more hours later, they did not show up. I called again and they said they cold not get in touch with the installer but would send another installer in about 2 hours. Not surprisingly 3 hours later nobody showed up. CONSIDER ONLY OF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT BEING BURNED WITH THE SERVICE AREA.
