This is what I call, going out of your way to help a customer. I called Medina Plumbing after not being able to find a shower part in our local stores. After calling after hours Medina asked me to send a pic of the part I needed, he called me back and not only had the part he also open his store for us after hours. Great customer service and support. Thank you Medina.

Our family has done business with Medina & Son Plumbing for decades and they have helped us resolve many leaks and repairs. When my adult autistic son goes there to buy supplies the staff treats him as if he were family. The employees there are patient, loving and attentive and that is why we would never go anywhere else.

My Spanish is terrible, but these guys were able to find me the right parts in a split-second and explain how to fix my problem, whereas the guys at home Depot basically told me that the sink is hopeless and they don't have the parts. Turns out it was a pretty quick simple fix and home Depot lost the business because they did in fact have the parts. I don't know the gentleman's name that help me, but thank you very much

Do NOT recommend. Made an appointment between 10am-12pm and at 12:20pm they cancelled on me. Rescheduled me and they cancelled on me AGAIN. Tried to reschedule a third time and they completed ghosted me and would not return calls or texts. Do not waste your time

I had the best experience with Guillermo and his colleagues . They showed up in less than an hour. They were extremely experienced and kind. They went above and beyond to find out the issues we were having. They went the extra mile to explain to me the issues and solutions as well. I would 10/10 recommend Guillermo to everyone. They made a stressful situation a whole lot better!!! Thank you thank you thank you!

Excellent service. I called and spoke with a very polite individual who setup the appt for the same day. They even called me back right before the technician was on his way to confirm. The technician showed up at the time of the appt, was very professional and told me what he thought was the issue. He also gave me options and pricing in case it could not be fixed; however, he was able to resolve the problem in less than 30 minutes and provided suggestions on how to prevent the issue. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Sergio has done a great service today. Quick assessment clear expectations of cost options and worked quick and efficiently and a lasting job. Would recommend.

I had an emergency this weekend that needed immediate attention and called Roto-Rooter. The plumber came on time and was one of the most professional tradesmen that ever helped me out at the condo. It was a challenging location where the water heater needed to be installed, but Austin and Josh did great not only with their job but especially with their positive attitude, patience and kindness. They didn’t leave until the job was completed and I was satisfied. I totally recommend them and Roto-Rooters!!!

I accidentally broke my hose bib this evening trying to removed a hose that was seized on. After turning off the water main i called a local emergency plumber and they they said they could come out for 125 to just assess. To my surprise they called back and cancelled! My wife called roto-rooter and they said someone would be out within 2 hours to provide a free estimate. In less than 2 hours Sergio and Manuel showed up and assessed my damage and quickly quoted me. Considering they had to brake some of my exterior cinder block these gentlemen were true professionals at their line of work. Since it was midnight these gentleman worked as quiet and as quickly as possible to perform the work. Once the job was done and everything was checked for leaks, they cleaned up their work space and also gave me some tips to avoid this mishap in the future. I fully recommend this company and commend these two gentleman Sergio and Manuel for a job well done and being skilled at their trade and true professionals. Thanks to the company Roto-Rooter and thanks to these two gentlemen!

Ronny and Roniel was professional in performing there duties as technicians in the plumbing profession.

Guillermo’s was our service tech. He went to my home and I explained the situation we have with our kitchen sink that was clogged. Right there he told me what was the issue and what type of service we needed. I made the service appointment for him to be at my home on the 18th of May but the sink was not waiting. We call him on Saturday and asked him if he could please come on Monday as the sink was completely clogged. Hydro jetting service has been completed with 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend rotor rooter but if you could request Guillermo even better.

Great experience..
Called to ask about services provided in reference to the work I needed done, there was a tech here within an hour of my call. There was an experience tech along with his trainee, both were amazing. The tech was very knowledgeable and informative in explaining what I needed done, how long it would take and the cost. They were very professional and friendly and very patient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. Everything was within my expectations and more. Would gladly do business with them again.

Tracey was a gem. He took care of our clog without any problems. He taught us a little about keeping our pipes in working order. He worked clean and efficient. Roto-Rooter seems a little pricey but willing to come out on a Sunday and the work was done professionally. Can't complain.
