Robert (0493) was awesome. He took great care of our plumbing issue which extended into our buildings main drain and replaced our damaged vanity with ease. Knowledgable and excellent customer service and warranty program.

2 Stars because the plumber that came to my house was very nice and respectful if not it would be a solid 1 star. I contacted Roto-rooter because they "offer" free estimates but that was not the case.. I got charged $187 dollars for no done work at all. I called because my toilet was making a sound like it kept filling up and the plumber said that everything seemed good and no work had to be done but he still had to charge me because he "Inspected" the toilet which was very simple and mediocre as he flushed it and watched the water run down and that's it. I would not recommend this company for not being straight forward and taking advantage of a potential future customer. AFTER 3 months and a fake promise from Pat Swanson they do not care about customer satisfaction. Stay away from this company!

Great service, very polite. I called the company for an issue, Robert arrived in less than an hour, and in the next 30 mins he diagnosed the issue and we got a proposal. Was courteous, clear, and knowledgeable. 100% recommend Robert, and thanks to him we’ll certainly call the company again if any new issues arise!

Christopher and Robert came to see us quickly and promptly. They were calling earlier than the scheduled appointment time. Very professional, and explained everything that was going on with leak in the toilet. They were able to resolve the problem in a couple hours.
