All Florida Air and Heat is absolutely an amazing company. They came out to my house the same day I placed the call. My AC was not working properly and instead of getting your typical answer of my AC needs to be replaced (like I’ve been told from other companies) they worked on the unit. They were able to get my unit running smoothly again without having to endure such a huge cost to me and my family. Honestly it’s hard to find such an honest and reliable company in Miami where they treat you like family. I finally have an AC company I can count on! Thanks again guys!

What an outstanding air conditioning service! Ariel was responsive, efficient and reliable. I had been without AC for over two weeks because previous tech sent by Choice warranty company was not able to locate the motor for the AC. In order to communicate with him I had to go through Choice warranty. He would not answer calls or texts. All he would say is that motor was in back order. Ariel responded first time I called and moved up my appointment one day. He located motor and installed all within 48 hrs! I will definitely be using him again for all my AC needs. Thank you Ariel I appreciate your promptness in completing the job.

Arian was extremely attentive to my needs and prior to replacing my unit he was the only individual who sought to address my impending situation. He refused to leave until he had temporarily restored my AC while he waited for my decision to replace the old unit. That speaks volumes of the integrity and compassion that he exhibited. Subject: Negative Review of Service Experience

Your company acted in bad faith on several levels.

To start, my appointment window was in the morning, but your technician did not arrive until night. This occurred without any communication regarding the appointment time until I reached out myself, showing a complete disregard for your clients' time. While we all understand that scheduling can be challenging with other clients taking longer than expected, it is the company's responsibility to reach out to the client in such cases. Not only did you fail to do so, but when I contacted you, your response was rude.

After your technicians finished, I paid the $75 they demanded via Venmo, which seemed suspicious to me, but I complied. However, a few days later, we realized the issue was not fixed and there must be a leak—something your technicians should have identified. I reached out to request a recall on the claim and asked for you to come back without charging me again. You did not respond and did not refund me.

I am now having my warranty company find another AC repair company. Since you never refunded my $75 and ignored my communication to come back to my house, you essentially stole my money. I will be writing a review to inform others about how your company operates.

All Florida Air has been absolutely fantastic since day one. Very professional and outstanding service. I recommend them.

Over all, great service. AC broke in the middle of summer. The technician worked with me and coordinated around my demanding job while we got it fixed. Very friendly and resourceful.

My AC was leaking, they came flushed out the line and cleaned out the coil. Did a great job and a fair price!

I can’t say how glad I am that I was recommended to contact this company, my AC had been broken for a couple of days and they came the minute I contacted them to check what it was without charging me anything. What I like the most is how Ari showed his concern about being so hot without an AC and he offered to bring a unit until he would get the piece we needed. Great experience I would call him more often, I mean, I would call him when I need him.
