My experience was a very good one, the technician was a person very knowledgeable and explained me everything he was doing and I tried to be all the way learning the basics, my HVAC was very dirty and needed a good maintenance, and I cannot complaint at all. Well I had an AC issue and others were j able to effectively do the job and they came in and fixed it well. Great AC company. I highly recommend. The shorter gentleman with a beard explained the issue and the solution well and with great honesty.

The technician showed up on time and started troubleshooting the system. Within 15 minutes he had it diagnosed, promptly went and got the parts needed and remedied the problem. Would definitely recommend

I contacted this company for an air conditioner repair estimate, but I didn’t even get the service — just a quote that was way overpriced compared to other companies. The technician tried to push unnecessary repairs and didn’t take the time to explain the details clearly. I ended up getting a second opinion somewhere else for less than half the price.

If you’re looking for honest and fair pricing, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

They came properly equipped knew just what to do and did it fast and efficiently!!! Problem solved with the dryer vent situation. They also very informative and would definitely call them again!!

The tech you sent was not a professional at all. A professional would not have put the filter back upside down with the dirty side up which sucked up all the dirt into the system. He also placed it all jammed up, wrinkled and torn, leaving spaces for dust to enter the system. The AC was not fixed and actually got worse. I have to correct the filter placement myself. He also did not leave any diagnosis with who was at home and did call me.

Super attentive, very helpful, very knowledgeable and had our AC working in no time. Great communication with the team as well.

I was very impressed with his cleanliness, politeness, and professional manner. The office staff is phenomenal, handling the issues and listening to the problems at the start of service. Nina did a great follow-up while getting the proper paperwork needed in advance.
We would call them back anytime if we ever have a problem with our system in the future. The heater unit would not stay on long. The technician was well qualified to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. I was very impressed.
