I received quotes from 4 different companies and even had family friends provide inspections for 2 new units. All I can say is “WOW.” ACTL provided the best rates and the service was amazing. They even went to the extent of registering the warranty on the units and smart thermostats for me. They were quick and professional, and I’m truly pleased with the level of work done.

A seriously great experience—from Mady in the office to my tech Osmacy, I could not be more pleased. I live in an older home with a tiny closet space for my AC and Mady and the team figured out the perfect solution that didn't require me to undertake a construction project. After the install, everything was hauled away and my space was left clean and tidy.

I have two air conditioners installed by this company. The installation service was excellent, but what really stands out is the service after installation. I have made two service/maintenance requests in the last 3 years, in both instances they provided service on the same day and addressed the reason for my call, keep up the great work!

This business is very responsive, the technician are professional. You will receive a text message, with a reminder of you appointment and another text message when the technician are in they way. Everything in black in white, receipt, now a day you don't get this type of service. Thank you Julio and Maddy.

Technician was unable to detect a leak on outside/indoor unit with leak detector tool. A little baffled why my relatively new system loss coolant (almost 2yr old system).

Monitoring system for now and may need to replace refrigerant lines in the future to rule out unreachable refrigerant leak.
