I have been utilizing the services of ACTL Group for several years, from single family homes to multi family mid rise buildings . ACTL Group is large enough to keep you on schedule for new construction multi unit jobs and at the same time give you personal service you expect at your home. They have always been an excellent and very professional company. Their service techs are both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They show up when promised and get the job done. I would recommend ACTL to anyone looking for the best AC contractor in the business. First class operation!

Very honest people. I have 3 properties with a total of 6 central AC UNITS. They are super honest and reliable. My AC units hardly ever break. I Recomended them highly.

Very professional, experienced and detailed and did not try selling any extra expensive service. Everything went smooth throughout the whole interaction. Osmany and his partner arrived at the appointed time, they executed the service as mentioned and suggested some light extra cleaning after showing the part affected, everything was done properly. He explained the situation and the process before starting, everything on a calm and polite way. He suggested covering appliances and bed before starting. They finished cleaning the duct, and surrounding as clean as it was before service. Today, one day after the service, I slept better and the odor is pretty much gone. I do suggest and highly recommend the service!

This was the 3rd time ACTL has provided service to our home, they have always been professional, extremely knowledgeable, and on point when checking the HVAC system.
This time it was a faulty part in the system, it just needed adjustment and it was corrected within 1/2 hour. They were able to accommodate this service within the same morning and always on time.

ACTL installed a Daikin Fit split system in my house in October 2022. It’s been working perfectly. However, for some reason the thermostat was not configured to allow use of the heater. That’s not a big deal in South Florida, but I obviously if the unit has a heater (it does), I should be able to use it. Called ACTL on a Wednesday morning and they had two techs at my house less than 24 hours later. 15 minutes later, the thermostat had heat enabled on the system mode screen. Very pleased with the responsiveness and courtesy of the techs.

ACTL is one of the best contractors I have encountered. There attention to detail and cleanliness and professionalism was on point. Moreover I had a concern a couple of days after the work was done and no questions asked a tech was there the next day. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Contractors like them are really hard to find. Hands down I give them a 10.

This is my second experience with ACTL. First was purchasing a new Air Conditioner. They came out in the height of Covid the very same day and gave me a great deal. The techs were very friendly. This time around, the drain clogged on the AC and once again they came out just a few hours later. So helpful, respectful and friendly. Great prices too. I'm so happy to refer ACTL to anyone who's looking to resolve any type of AC related issues.

Technician Mr Caleb Fernandez,from ACTL Group inspected the unit,found the problem,replaced the capacitator,making sure AC was cooling and that the whole unit was working properly. Very satisfied with such profesional job.

This is the best company that anyone could have for any HVAC issues/maintenance. They are not only very professional with an excellent turn around but they also keep you posted about the appointment and when the technician are scheduled to arrive through their application. You can track it at anytime. As an out of state owner they keep me out of stress managing the rental property in Florida.

ACTL group changed my central AC units today: Goodman 2.5 tons, 16 SEERS.
My whole experience has been pretty great, from the guy that came to give me the estimate to Caleb and his cousin who were the ones that installed the equipment. They came today, a Saturday, arrived on time (actually 30min before the arranged time which was great for me). They were excellent, answering all our questions.
Great company, great price, excellent employees = a very happy me and a nice cool house.

Juan Villa was our sales representative. Installed a 10ton American Standard Odyssey system as a swap out in our office. All was fine for the first week. Then we started having issues with random system shutdowns. After more than 10 call backs, (sometimes taking days to restore cooling) we finally went to another company to troubleshoot. The tech from Arctic Fox found the issue 5 hours later. It was a basic install problem, the 24vac control transformer was set for 240v and we have 208v! System is now working great.

Unfortunately, in the process, they claimed the Nest thermostat was to blame, so they took it off and replaced it with an inferior AS 724. They claimed it was the issue. It was not. We had the same problems 10+ more shutdowns after the thermostat switch. They still have not returned our thermostat. (We paid for it, there's an invoice for it, I still have the original box for on my desk)

They will not pay for the troubleshooting from the other technician, a petty $400, I did all the leg work, found the issue, and fronted the in cost for the repair for their ineffective install. In effect, I'm saving them money by not having them need to come back.

I judge a technical company by their troubleshooting abilities. They got an F for this. Not only did they miss a basic install and basic troubleshooting step (they didn't check the voltage across the 24 volt AC transformer. It was very low) Juan Villa was also playing defense the entire time. His attitude seems to be only to protect his bottom line, protect the management, shield the company, but themselves before the customer.

Iwe has this system installed August 2022 and it was finally fixed by ANOTHER AC company in November.

As of today 21 November, they have still not come back to install my thermostat nor have they reimbursed us for the repair they failed to perform in a reasonable time (3 months!!)

Stay away from ACTL Group.

Called due to a/c issues during a Miami heatwave. They came the very first morning and fixed the problem. Very affordable and very educational experience. Reliability is their best attribute.

The person that they sent to do the job was a professional they sent us a picture so that way we can see who it is. The work was done timely. Will definitely recommend them.
