Lizandre was helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time out to examine my AC unit. And found the problem. I had different vendors from invitation homes and no one took the time to find the problem, everything was a quick fix for them. Thank you Lizandre for your hard work and dedication.

I do not recommend South Cooling to anyone. I have had multiple negative experiences with this company, far too many to list. On one occasion, a worker even cursed at me. The only reason I continued to use their services was because my rental company insisted on doing so, despite my repeated complaints.
At one point, I had to physically go to their office before they finally agreed to let another company handle the work. Most recently, in 2025 of June, they claimed to have ordered new parts for my air conditioner, which took nearly 2.5 weeks to arrive. Throughout that time, I received no updates and had to repeatedly call them myself to find out the status. They supposedly completed the repair at the end of July, yet by August (this month) my air conditioner had already stopped working again. When my renter's company called with me on the phone, the dispatcher had no urgency and also had a nonchalant attitude towards us both. This raises serious questions: What did they actually fix? Were the parts really replaced? And most importantly, who is holding this company accountable for thier lack of professionalism and services? Note: Read alot of their reviews before allowing them to service you. I experienced all of the same complaints on different occasions, like I stated above too many to post if I do, you will be reading all day.

System inspection went well. Technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything and was efficient and timely and his execution very nice.

My dryer is actually doing what it’s supposed to do.. dry! Thanks to south cooling for doing a cleaning! I will say please make sure your workers have the tools they need to be safe from going up and down the roof. The ladder that they are provided with from the company is so short and unsafe for them to even come down from the roof. We had a scare that your employee would miss his footing from how short the ladder was to my roof top. Thankfully he used a safe method that works for him and he was able to get down safely. Please make sure your employees are sent out with the right tools, their safety is always first. Other than that they did a great job and very nice! :)

I can’t say enough good things about South Cooling! I’m an elderly woman and in the middle of July, my AC stopped working. The heat was unbearable, and I didn’t know what to do. I called South Cooling, and they sent someone out right away. The technician was kind, respectful, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He found the problem quickly and had my air conditioning running again in no time — and the best part, the price was very fair and affordable. I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism. I’ll be calling them for all my AC needs from now on!

They have responded to our calls in a prompt manner I have met two of their technicians and overall they have been respectful and cordial. Jesus from South Cooling literally delivered the best possible service when our AC Unit was constantly leaking and not cooling our home. Even though we have had another company come out and perform a diagnosis the issue still kept happening. After being frustrated we were referred to South Cooling who came out next business day, spent the proper time to assess our issues, and explained exactly what was wrong and then fixed it. He also gave us tips on how to best maintain our unit and avoid issues in the future. On top of that he was polite and professional. I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs and send kudos to Jesus.

South Cooling LLC provided superb service to my a/c unit. Upon receiving my request for service I was given a date of service for 2days after my a/c broke however after I told the lady who schedules about my 79 yr old grandma who was in the home, she made arrangements for a tech to come out early the next morning. The tech arrived at 8am on time! He explained everything to me what was wrong with the unit , fixed it quickly and was a very pleasant person. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get prompt efficient service!

Enrique Torres, the technician, was very professional and kind. I really love this company, many others had come before, but they were the only ones who got to the root of the problem. They take care to check every detail and explain what’s really going on. Highly recommended!

bait and switch. They give you a quote, the quote says 60% upon agreement ad the remaining upon completion. when they get there before they even do the work they will ask for the other 40% and if you cant they recommend you to someone else whos more without even applying for a permit.
