Jose at Mainstream is a consummate professional, who has proven time and again in offering the very best customer service to complement his product line and work alike. After dealing with numerous HVAC companies in S. Florida for my home and business I can easily say Jose / Mainstream treats their customers like humans and NOT a number like most others do. To me, service is equal to the work and products and Jose at Mainstream exceeds and surpasses expectations each, and every time without fail! 5-stars could not be more well deserved on a rating!

These guys are awesome! I run a Jiu Jitsu school and our AC unit broke. Mainstream HVAC was by far the better options I had to choose from in every aspect. I'm glad I did it with them, they were quick and got the job done way faster than I expected. I highly recommend them!

It’s never easy when something breaks at the house ! I found a fried dryer power outlet & dreaded dealing with an electrician. A friend recommended Jose, and I made the call. Jose and his crew were phenomenal.... he was referred to me by my brother.. contacted him and he came by Wednesday this week...diagnosed my issue within 20 minutes and advised me of my choices to fix it...temporarily or for the long haul... I called him Thursday night to tell him I decided to install a complete new unit...here it is Saturday morning and my house is freezing... clean work honestly pricing and you are supporting a family business!!! Jose was very responsive and quick to get back to us has we had an urgent situation. We are based out of the country and he was able to video message in order for us to have the best understanding of the situation. Jose is very honest and did the right diagnosis so we spent money on the right system. Since we made the changes on our A/C system, we have the ability to control the temperature of our home in US although we are away! He will never hesitate to pay a second visit to give entire satisfaction! We now same money on FPL bills! Let’s not forget that he takes care of the entire permit process! Mainstream HVAC has saved me and my family's too many times to count! His response time is excellent and service is top notch! It doesn't matter if it was a sudden breakdown in the middle of the summer or a late night emergency this company always went out of their way to do what they can to get our AC up and running. I was in the middle of summer and my ac stopped working. My usual ac guy was too busy for me, I had a back up guy and he couldn’t get to me either. I called mainstream HVAC. Very professional and courteous over the phone. Jose came over looked over the system and was very honest and upfront and replaced the part that had went bad and showed me everything. Funny thing is I had recently replaced that part too with my previous ac guy and I paid less with Mainstream for it. Jose had the ac running without issues since. I have now chosen to keep mainstream hvac as my primary ac person. I highly recommend this company for their professional service and great pricing.

These guys installed my HVAC system about two years ago and they did a great job then. The unit they recommended/installed has saved me over $700/month on my light bill. I'm sure FPL hates them.
