Franklin the Technitian was amazing helping us with the issue

To replace the water filter housing assembly, it cost me nearly $600. It's September 24th, 2025 on Wednesday, my ice maker hasn't produced ice ever since Sears replaced the housing.

Unfortunately, I will contact another company technician to pay MORE money, to see if they could get my ice maker to work. Miami heat, you have to have ice to live more comfortably. It's a necessity, more than a luxury.

You are not able to repair A/C. I asked to cancel my subscription.Nothings no has been repaired on my 2 claims. The amount to repair by other company costs me 2000 dollars. This why I really don’t need you. You are useless!!!! and you lie on your program. With you I just pay the monthly subscription and not the inexisting service!!!!!

Repair of lg washer. It is still
Broken. Sears now uses AI to field and answer all service issues. You can not speak to a human. I called the gentleman on his cell that sears used to repair the item and he did not answer within the warranty period. Now Sears is saying that it is beyond the warranty period and a new repair for the same issue will be the same price. Do not use Sears home services. They are a third party vendor and will not help you to resolve your issue as they have promised in their response to this good review.

Was on time and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the cost of the repair would close to the amount of buying a new dryer. I am hoping to contact GE to see if the heating element is under warranty

I pay AHS home warranty and am always glad when they send Sears Home Services. Because they always get the repair done. Richard was outstanding in taking apart my dryer and dislodging the sock trapped in the exhaust fan blade. Fast, clean organized.

I ordered service with a requirement to bring the Door Dryer Hook 0023811 on the order -David came with no product and charged$138.03 but couldn’t do anything as he didn’t bring the part
I Also ordered the part but it’s 5 days later and still
Haven’t received it ! -so no service or part ordered or repair on my dryer but was forced to pay a service charge of $138.03
And $38 for a part I haven’t received
I want both payments reversed

We finally got a good technician, willing and able to take the time to troubleshoot the issue properly.
The laundry center had been serviced by two prior Technicians in November and December and they could not fix the issue.
It took more than three months to get fixed.
You need more technicians like Ahmed, who are not in a rush to leave for the next appointment, to the expense of the customer.

This is the worst AC company.

On The Spot Cranes has worked with Florida HVAC Contractors for years. They are a wonderful team to work alongside.

This company does not even deserve one star. Very informal and rude owner (Alcedes). They said they would not charge for estimates but charged me over $100 to come see my home unit. Very bad experience with them and definetely would not want them in my home again.

This Company is AWESOME!

This is where I get all our ac supplies for our technical school. Great service great prices. Support small local businesses and get good advice for free. You cant get that from a chain or online. They tested my capacitor on site and assured me I made the right choice. My 5 ton unit was fixed and I spent $15.00 to do it.
