I purchase my Mitsubishi minisplit a couple yrs ago and had my servicing done again today. They are always responsive, professional and service job done today has been flawless. They always make time to explain what is being done and provide tips when requested. Highly recommend

I just had a new Rheem A/C unit installed at my home by Cooling Running Air and I am very satisfied with the service. I had been looking around for estimates and good services for the past month, but wasn't satisfied until I called Cooling Running Air. I called on a Saturday and immediately received a response from the owner, Romeo. He took his time to give me information on different a/c units and worked out a price within my budget. The office staff is amazing too. They answered all my questions and set up the installation date to fit my schedule. On the day of the installation, the techs were there right on time and were very professional. I truly admire their honesty throughout the process. If you are looking for any A/C service, look no further! Cooling Running Air is the company for all your A/C needs. You will get GREAT SERVICE from beginning to end and GREAT PRICING!

Wow! I can’t even begin to explain how professional this company is. Communication was constant and you can even text the office and they respond immediately. In Miami you need someone who works quick and works good, these people are it. My AC completely broke and it was still under warranty… Carrier didn’t have the part that broke available and wanted me to wait weeks to months for it (they wouldn’t tell us when the part would become available) but Cool Runnings fought for us every single day. They did the leg work with Carrier and at the end of the day they got me a brand new unit at no cost! As soon as the unit was ready, they picked it up and installed it the very same day! They worked around my schedule and made it all happen. Appreciative is an understatement. Thank you to the staff at the office and thank you for the technicians that came out to the house and made this smooth for us. PS: their pricing is super fair and they are completely transparent with anything you ask them about! USE THIS COMPANY… you won’t be sorry.

Cleaned the ducts but damaged our AC motor and refused to take a responsibility. The AC worked fine but after the technicians left the fan stoped recirculating and kept staying on. We have contacted them but the main office refused to take the responsibility for this. Sadly won’t be using their service again and can’t recommend to any friends and neighbors.

I am always leery of any company. This company put us at ease. They gave us an install date. Showed up on time. They finished on time and did not charge me until everything worked perfectly. We are very happy with both split systems. The rooms are now cooling. I would recommend them for any Air Conditioner work. Listen to Romy, the owner, and his recommendations do the job. They have great staff. You will be pleased with their work.
update: maintenance has been amazing. my ACs are like new.
Update: after 5 years, we had the coils cleaned for all three units. The tech came and took care of everything and the ACs feel like they are brand new again. Great service; great machines.
They came by today again. (10-10-2025) Once again, their service is impeccable. My mini splits are over 5 years old and work like new. Thank you cool runnings

COOL RUNNING AC was here yesterday 3/11/25. The serviceman Albert changed out my outside coil on my Mitsubishi minisplit. He handled this complex job very efficiently and with great care in the process which gave me confidence in getting a job well done. Great customer service and knowledgeable and friendly technician. James. I had an ac emergency today while Miami was in a heat advisory. Called them and just a couple of hours later James was here to diagnose, fix the issue and cool down my home again. Janet was great on the phone, dispatching the tech and keeping me advised of estimate arrival time and to let me know when the driver was on his way. And all of this was for a first time customer on a Saturday!!! They were responsive, fair and honest and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. If you're having ac issues.... Had unique situation cause they were not my typical service team. However they specialize in Mitsubishi mini splits and they were on the manufacturers website to use. Friendly staff, easy to make appt and very communicative. Albert came and gave great advice for the mini split plus he helped out with our pool heater. Knowledgeable guy and super nice.
