Called them at 1am on Sunday Night after my ac was not cooling and having a new born at home. They were professional and responsive would recommend if you have any problems

Very reliable and on time when promised.. Young men just left my home I had called at 10:30 pm since my AC suddenly stopped, they said they would be here in 30 minutes and sure enough was right on time.. he was very detailed and knowledgeable, glad they were able to come quick after I called them and get my ac fixed, would definitely use them again if needed.. definitely recommend

My wife called company because our central a/c finally broke down after 14yrs. Yunior from 24/7 came out the same day we called and did assessment and gave us a great price for what we wanted and to my surprise he said that they could come out the next day and install system. I got texts and updates from beginning to end. Service from them was impeccable and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone. Yunior also took time to explain all details. My wife called this company for an estimate but they gave us a whole inspection detail on the unit, the ducts and the insulation. We were impressed and the sales guy was blunt and straight forward.
We asked for certain brand which we were quoted on by other companies and rep said he wouldn't sell that to us and to call another company if we wanted that brand.
Enough said. That was my decision .

Ivanova did a great job in installing my new Air Conditioner in Palm Aire, Pompano Beach. They were clean and organized and made sure the necessary permits were pulled for the city. There was an initial delay due to having an older building and needing special parts, but the team was friendly and helpful. Thanks Eddie.

I was charge for the inspection when they change my main breaker box, but they never set up a city inspection. I ask multiple times and the manager just give me excuses. Is been 3 months and the city inspector haven't show up to inspect the job. I requested the money back 1 month ago, that haven't been done. I have the secretary answer the phone every time I called and she is been telling me that it will be done and she can't do nothing about it, that the manager needs to fix the issue.

Very professional. Very knowledgeable. The installation crew is top notch. They are punctual, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers satisfaction. In a world of cheap fly by night companies, Ivannova is a refreshing change. They really do raise the bar to levels that other companies can only dream of achieving. I wholeheartedly recommend them. THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS .

Eduardo Acevedo owner and CEO according to LinkedIn installed a faulty AC in May 2024. This air conditioner cost me $6000 instead of the $4000 that I later saw it for.

The weather was warm last year and my AC had died so I was in an emergency.

Acevedo told me the high price was because they guaranteed their work and that they would be doing services and the like and promised excellent service.

He had been recommended to me by someone who works in our building. It was an emergency and I trusted.

Now May 2025. It is broken down a year into it being installed. In fact since it’s installation, I’ve had to reboot it several times.

And Eduardo Acevedo refuses to come out now and see it because the last time I called them for service and they were unclear on the time and day they were sending someone—so the day the tech appeared I had had to leave on an emergency and texted them when told that morning without confirming the visit.

This may be how they make their money installing faulty machines, and then showing up for Tech Support without notifying, and then he wanted to charge me $85 for a visit that was useless. I didn’t know they were coming and I texted to let them know I was in urgent care. He didn’t care. He was a bully in his texts in fact.

When the machine was still under warranty, and in an emergency he was pompous and unyielding. I let it go after reporting to thenBBB. And fort now if I was ever billed for it.

I now called them a year later because the machine is broken down again and he refuses to service it. He sends me the texts from that period and tells me I didn’t pay the service they never made.

Stay away from them.

Unfortunately, I had not asked my neighbors before the emergency install , but when I commented it to the building, they had very bad reviews from our neighbors on him as well.

They overcharge they promise things they do not fulfill and they have terrible service follow up.

Acevedo is rude and I believe that their company runs on scamming people with bad installs, and terrible customer service.

I had a great experience with the company. They were very knowledgeable. They were timely. They accomplished all the work they promised at the price that they invoiced. They were willing to work with me over the weekend and even willing to come in and replace my air conditioner on Sundayif needed. I will be using them in the future and have already recommended them to my next-door neighbor.
