I always had a great experience with A &E so I called about an issue with my Samsung refrigerator temperature fluctuations . The Tech walked me through the potential issues , provided his recommendation seeing that the temperature was steady at the time. No repair was needed at this time. He was knowledgeable and professional.

I give a Four star because this is the first time that I ever Bad service through Sears through my warranty program that I have the technician made more of a problem than it was, in a problem still is not dissolved. It was my AC unit compressor went out. He made a like it was more than that. Had to fix something by electric box. Had to do this to my inside unit when I didn’t have to do anything and I’m still in the heat. Very unhappy
-
His initial approach wasn’t customer service friendly. He asked for the service deductible before he rendered any service. I asked him to check the components of my AC unit to insure everything was in proper working condition to possibly prevent me from having to call back and he did not.

Richard showed up on time, identified the problem, had the part in his truck and fixed it quickly.
I feel like I could have paid less so deducting a star - the replacement part was much cheaper in a quick Google search - but I chose convenience over price. -
Excellent and faster service. Recommend ded 100%. The technician took time to contact me before and durant visit, since my husband doesn't speak English to explain every thing . My spose said that Even the language barrier between them was very professional . Thanks!!!!!

Technician came to fix the washer, after the pieces the previous technician ordered to repair the washer. They opened the washer, checked inside, said that everything was fine and left with the pieces( they didn’t change anything thing, they didn’t replace anything). The washer still makes the noise that was making when the first technician was called

Jossy Who is professional in his job as he took care of the issue at my house? He made sure everything was working properly with the AC before he left and he put a great effort into his work. He was respectful, kind, and courteous. Thank you for sending him.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sears’ repair service for my washer. After being charged for both the part and labor, the machine continued to have the same problem. A second technician was sent to diagnose the issue and informed me that there was a different problem, which would cost more to fix than purchasing a new washer and that the previous technician misdiagnosed the washer. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told that I could only get a refund for the part if I returned it. However, they refused to send a technician to remove the part. This is unacceptable, as I paid for labor and a part that did not resolve the issue due to an incorrect diagnosis by the Sears technician. I’ve also send multiple emails without response. I am extremely frustrated with the poor service and lack of accountability. I am willing to pay for the service visit, but I believe I deserve a full refund for the labor and the part, as they were ineffective and did not solve the problem. I would not recommend Sears for appliance repairs based on this experience.

Moses was my tech, he arrived on time, was able to fix my washer within an hour. Even stayed to make sure that it was working properly. He was also able to communicate clearly with myself and my caregiver. Very respectful.

I do not recommend the service. They are very expensive for example a belt for a clothing washer they charged $80 when the cost was eight dollars in Amazon. The labor is extremely expensive to replace the belt. It would’ve cost me $404 where I had all of this done with another provider for $185. I was told by sears that I would not be charged a second time if I wanted to have the repair done however, when I set up the appointment, they stated that they would charge me. I do not trust him and have the work done by another provider.

The technicians are always professional and helpful. Now with that said absolutely everything else about my experience with Sears home service is TERRIBLE! They have this AWFUL! A.I. that is INFURIATING! I was forced to reschedule TWICE due to MISSED VISITS....NO CALL...NO SHOW.!! I know it's the crappy computer system they use. The humans that work for them have their hands tied and aren't able to help. So no point getting upset with them they aren't stupid the company they work for is!!

He was on time, attentive and respectfully of customers space. Could have shared a little more details of what repairs were completed. Example: I replaced the burnt out blower motor but also did a quick check of the unit to ensure proper working conditions.

This AI assistant where if you have an issue that you cannot speak to anybody is crazy. The tech did come and in 5 minutes gave me and estimate of $529.00 , but I received a texed Quote of $329.00. When I confronted him with it, he said that it is all done through their Azi and he had nothing to do with it. I declined the repair and paid the call of $139.00. The worst is that there is no phone number that I can call to speak to anybody.
My machine costed $1,200.00 and they are charging me $529.00 to fix a door latch problem??? This is theft in disguise. I use to love Sears, now I do not recomend them. #NOTRUST. #VERYSADCUSTONERSTILL
WITH PROBLEM -
The technician was very professional and very experienced but as is the usual for service appointments the arrival time was after 1-5 pm window stated by the person arranging the appointment. At the time I scheduled the service I was told the cost for diagnosing the problem and that there would be additional cost for labor and parts if necessary. If service was agreed to the diagnostic cost would go towards the overall cost. I am still not clear how the amount I was charged was calculated and it was more than I had anticipated since no parts were required.
Overall a good experience and I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. -
Our service technician was very efficient! He was on time and the work was done fast and accurate. He was very professional all the time and explained accurately everything before and after the job was done. We’re very pleased with the work!
