Good price - Horrible Service
Project was to remove old sod and lower the level so water could run off of driveway and walkways and install new sod. Not only did he now lower the level, it is raised till now the sod is 3" above walkways and driveway leaving no place for water to drain. Everywhere that the new sod was placed is several inches above the existing sod, leaving ridges all over the place. Even though we discussed removing the dirt to lower the sodded areas, Mr. Gomez defended the poor installation by saying he could not do what I was asking for the price he charged. I did not haggle at his quote, but accepted it as presented.
Also picked out and ordered a tree to be centered at the end of the patio. The tree delivered was 1/2 of the size we picked out and was installed more than 3 feet off center in a 12 foot area. Mr. Gomez acknowledged the mistake and promised to return and replant the next day.
Would never use or recommend this company!!

Wow. Couldn't find a particular type of bush anywhere. Went here and they had plenty of what I needed, healthy plants, and great price. Very helpful staff. I'll go here first for my landscape plant needs going forward.

I love A&B sunshine! I think maybe husband and wife run the place with some help. Every time I go there they are friendly and incredibly helpful when I don’t know exactly what I need or want. Prices are low and fair. I also tend to do yard work on sundays and they are one of the only nurseries open on Sunday! 🙌🏻🙏🏻 I recommend to all my friends. Go and check them out if you can, you will be very happy with them as your new landscape suppliers!

Stay away! Horrible customer service and liars! They cut the grass during a horrible storm with a weed wacker and the grass was uneven. They agreed it was a bad service and agreed to redo the service at no charge. They never showed up or even called. They came 2 weeks later and stated the knocked at the door which they did not since we have a ring door bell. They were mad because I filed an official complaint with Greenpal service to document the service, so they decided to not fix the issues after they agreed. They lack communication, poor customer service and overall a bad lawn service.

This company originally provided me service without any issues. Then decided to raise their rates on me 10% which was agreed due to inflation. They never came to cut the grass after this agreement and instead refused to cut the grass unless I paid over 100% increase a couple weeks later. They agreed to 30$ per cut then jumped to 50$ per cut. Refused to take my calls and refused to keep original agreement. Poor customer service and unprofessional ethics. Would not recommend.

Rosa’s totally failed to communicate once we booked them. They said that they were on the way and never even showed up with no response as to why they didn’t. They texted the next day and said that they were on the way and never showed. The third time, they texted just out of nowhere and said that they were on the way. Ho-hum. I guess they showed up. We weren’t even home. They notified us that they had not cut the grass and had the audacity to say that they were charging $40 instead of $28, as advertised because our grass was too high. This was after rain and many days of delay. Also, they added that it would take several mowings to get the lawn back to an acceptable height. Really? I say it’s a bait and switch tactic in reality!
There’s a total disconnect somewhere with the booking and actually communicating and showing up on time or at all. Don’t waste your time or energy on their services.

I hired them through green pal, and initially they were pretty good. However, there seems to be some kind of communication issue because they do not respond to text messages as they claim is their best way and form of contact. The last couple times they came out there were sections of lawn that didn’t even get cut. There was grass all over my lawn chair, and patio and I’ve asked them nicely at least twice to stop running the lawnmower over the driveway because I just had it pressure cleaned, yet they continue to run over the driveway leaving marks that I cannot remove. I would definitely not hire them because their communication is poor and if I could’ve given this zero stars if I would have. I’ve been waiting the last two days for them to come out and contacted them at least four different text messages with no response. I have fired them, and now I have to pay a little bit more because they cannot be professional and do their job which is what they were hired to do. Do not hire them, I speak from experience you will regret it.
